Did not use hot tub as it looked nasty. Home air condition comfortable and nice.Beds were uncomfortable.Several things didn’t work(reported to Vasaca)Broken furniture around the property and junkie garage.Beautiful home and spacious.Appreciated the washer and dryer and great kitchen. Great views, peaceful setting.

Overall, the home is very nice. Unfortunately, we battled large moths inside the house in the evenings when the lights were turned on and in bed while trying to read.The kitchen utensils are junk. It's as if they went to a garage sale and bought a bunch of used pieces. The hand can opener wouldn't open a paper sack! We wanted to make salsa and had to ask for a blender. We only made one dinner because of the hassle. The jacuzzi is not available to guests. The washing machine is extremely dirty. The door gasket is disgusting. The exterior windows need cleaning. It's a shame because the sunrise and sunsets are amazing.Better instructions are needed for the A/C. There are thermostats on the walls that are not operational. There are separate hand control wands that operate a small unit that are in each room. These work great once you figure it out. It would have been nice if there was some type of instructions on how to operate the tv set up in the living room. It comes with 4 remotes.The "host" property management was responsive for the most part. However, I feel as if it is a larger company and the individuals responding didn't know the property based on their responses.

Family trip

Perfect location. Property/ home was nice with a fabulous patio and gorgeous view of the mountains. We had a little trouble with the door code but worked it out with the agent. Some of the outdoor furniture needs to be repaired or replaced. The indoor furniture is showing signs of wear. Overall a nice place for our family.

Beautiful stay

We loved this place, there are some things that need updating, the beds weren’t the most comfortable and we found random sections not cleaned like wrappers in closets. Nothing deal breaking. The bed in the master suite is so loud, if you move a little bit it’ll wake probably wake you up. The wifi is pretty slow and there is no air but it does have a swamp cooler. Overall it’s beautiful, and lovely and quite big but probably would not stay again without knowing some things have been updated.

Needs some work

Lovely house, nice location, but there are some issues that need to be addressed. There is a constant squeeling noise whenever a faucet is run or a toilet flushed.. noise comes from behind wall in back bedroom. It can be heard throughout the house. had this bedroom been occupied, the noise at night would have made sleeping impossible. the swam cooler, which is the only cooling option, did not work. Makes a lot of noise, but the fan does not push any air, probably due to a broken belt. had no notice thatthis was a problem, so the first night was uncomfortable. used fans to cool the house on subsequent nights. Internet was pretty lousy. television remotes were missing batteries, and use instructions absent. on arrival, there was an unplesent odor coming from the kitchen. we traced it to the garbage disposal, which had apparently not been run recently. in spite of the well-appointed house and great location, I would not recommend this place to my friends unless all of the above issues had been dealt with.

Beautiful propery, great views and close to center

This house is georgous but it has some maintenance needs. Location is superb and feels like a home. If you are bringing a dog, you will need to taje them to the yard off the office/library. The other patios are a serious flight rosk. We enjoyed our stay ahd plan to come back!

Great girls weekend

Lovely location less than 10 min drive from the plaza with great views in a very quiet location. Good walking/running trails basically out the front door. Wonderful home base for a girls weekend, and the local manager was lovely and resolved our minor issue.

Beautiful House Needs TLC

House was very spacious with great views. We loved the layout and huge kitchen. Little frustration on day #1 as the we learned from previous reviews that an ongoing plumbing issue persists..Master shower left you standing in ankle deep water with slow draining with debris from the drain entering shower pan.Very Gross. And this was comminicated to Vacasa on Check in day and a "ticket" was made and we were told a plumber would be contacting us to come out and take a look. This issue was reported back in April 2024 as well. Never heard from plumber the 5 days while we were there. House needs light bulbs...60% of the lights were inoperable. A new Garage door opener was recently installed and wasnt closing properly. Needed an adjustment to allow the door to close and stay shut. Made a "ticket" for that as the garage door didnt have a manual locking device. Didnt really feel safe leaving house as it was not secured. Had to disengage garage door opener to make it close all the way but not secure. Most issues that have been mentioned in reviews going back 2 years. If you want to know the problems and what to fix i suggest vacasa/vrbo review those as they have not been properly addressed. If you are thinking about renting this unit would verify if all the issues were addressed. ML

desperately needs updating !

Starting with a new, full set of dishes and glassware, to removing most of the nick-nacks, art, and dusty fake flowers, washing pots, replacing mattresses, replacing linens and at least a new set of living room and master bedroom furniture would be good first steps of updating this home. Also, the mirror in the master is missing. The location is lovely, the home itself is spacious and the views are lovely.

Beautful home...but

The lack of maintenance on this home is very evident. We found it shameful that so many things were left in need of repair,. None of the electrical outlets in the master bathroom at the sinks were energized. The dual shower heads in the walk in shower were a nice touch but only one is operational. There apparently was a full length mirror installed in the master bath but all that remains is the adhesive used to attach it on that wall. Moving into the kitchen, we found the oven is not operational and was noted by a previous reviewer last Thanksgiving. I found the ice maker on/off switch on the top of the inside of the refrigerator but no ice...we found the remains of a 10 pound bag of ice in the freezer. We also found that a number of switches in the home do nothing at this point in time. Apparently at some time, they all did something but not now. Also, the lack of any instructions on the subject of electronics contained in the home could very well be discouraging and frustrating for anyone not familiar with them. The "last straw' was on the day previous to our checkout. At around 4PM, we experienced a power failure. My wife found information regarding the repair and they stated they MAY have power restored by 8PM at the earliest. Not acceptable if the home is powerless at night. We packed and left for Albuquerque for our flight home the next day. In closing, if you can overlook the above mentioned problems, lease it. The home is located near to most everything.

It was a very nice property, located close to downtown Santa Fe. Only recommendation to property owner is to fix plumbing in master bathroom. Sink and shower drain extremely slow to drain. Other than that, very nice

Get away

This home was the perfect place to get away from the hustle of big city life. This home is located in a quaint neighborhood just the right distance from just about anything in Santa Fe. The home was beautifully built somewhere in the early 2000’s, and was well kept. That being said things were a bit dated, but elegant none the less. My complaint would be the internet service/ speeds were manageable at best. Cell service was also limited, as expected, but also manageable. On the flip side, I was happy to see the variety of cook utensils and equipment available to make home cooked meals. I always appreciate the clean towels and linens, as they should be. The views from the property were absolutely amazing!

WiFi did not Work, Vacasa terrible customer service

The home is in a great location and is very spacious. When we arrived with our two kids (ages 8 and 12) we tried connecting to the internet. After several attempts, we were able to connect, but were redirected to a page indicating that service had been suspended due to being behind on payments. Tried contacting Vacasa that evening, but received no response from text or phone. The following morning, I had several text messages back and forth and requested to speak to management. A supervisor called and said that WiFi was the homeowner's responsibility. We were out at the time and I did not have time to argue with this unhelpful company representative. Later that day, I called again and the Vacasa representative had local management contact me. We were able to pay the bill online, but service was not restored immediately. It takes up to 24 hours. The local representative was helpful. We had family and friends over for dinner that evening, with no TV or internet. I would be careful renting properties from Vacasa and do not expect a lot of help from their management team. They should be more responsive to customers. Also, the carpet in the bedrooms needs to be cleaned. There were several unsightly stains in the master bedroom carpet.

Property Great / Property Management Poor

Our over experience at the property was OK - Great Location, Plenty of Space - We did experience an oven that did not work which caused our family thanksgiving gathering some hardship. It took three phone call plus several texts to service representatives (3 different individuals) before anyone was sent out to look at the issue -( 22 hours later). The handyman that made the service call was nice & polite but could not fix the issue with the oven. We were told it would be the following week before a service person could respond and fix the issue, which did not help us during our stay. We were offered a different property, but we were settled and moving to a different location would have cut into our Thanksgiving celebration time. I was very disappointed in the service concerning this issue - fortunately we did not let this spoil our family get together. This was my first experience with VRBO and it may be my last based on this experience.

Property is poorly maintained. Most ceiling lights did not work. Carpets were filthly. Freezer in kitchen does not keep items frozen. Exterior patio lights did not work. Air conditioning does not cool smaller bedrooms. The house was not worth the cost that I incurred. Very disappointed!!!!

Family Road Trip

We were absolutely delighted with this space. Roomy, beautiful, and clean, the house was wonderfully located for venturing out into the community. We all highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here. [The one note I would make is that there are short steps up into all of the bedrooms without hand rails (and no hand rail on the front steps), which can be challenging for older members of the party or anyone not quite secure in their stability.] We certainly appreciate the owners making this lovely place available.

 to bad it was difficult to figure out which ones ran what with wasting a lot of time trying to figure it out. Most other places I have stayed in label the switches for guest convenience. The beds get a 3.5 out of 5 for comfort.

My view of Mountain View

The place was spacious and clean. Not necessarily a good place for elders with bad knees. ....steps to all the bedrooms, garage, and front door. We didn't anticipate snow, but the use of the fireplaces during that time would have been nice. None of them worked. The carpet may need to be checked in certain places. However, we enjoyed our stay and managed to adapt to the changing weather.

Great house and location

Three couples met here for a few days in Sante Fe. Great location and wonderful house. A little dated, but the common areas were large and great. The master suite was amazing and almost over the top, but the other two bedrooms with baths were fairly small and only average. Maybe this house is better for families.
