The property has cool Santa Fe vibes with its adobe structure and eclectic decor. It's quite spacious and an easy walk to the plaza. Kitchen and bath come with supplies you'll need for your stay. Bathroom is very small and might be a squeeze for some.
I enjoyed staying on this property. Courtyard is wonderful to enjoy my morning tea everyday. It's comfortable and has everything you need. Like many of the other reviews, it did warn about the size of the shower. But until you're there, it doesn't quite make sense. It is extremely small. It's the only downside to this day. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to escape and enjoy Santa Fe.
Unique adobe apartment, and the space was adequate for 2 people. However, it was in desperate need of a deep clean. There were items left from previous guests which indicates no or very little cleaning. One item on the sofa was a woman's undergarment, another a used tissue beside the bed. There were ants even around the bed. The property owner was welcoming and we told him his cleaners aren't doing their job. Overall, satisfactory but we will not recommend or return, and will seek reimbursement for cleaning charge.
Authentic, private and cozy apartment close to downtown with a few minor downgrades
The studio is built and designed in an authentic Santa Fe style, very cozy and welcoming. Downtown and even the railyard district are within a nice walk (15-30 minutes). The place is well-equipped and the host is very nice! Overall, we liked it. Unfortunately, there are a few caveats: First, the shower is very small which worked for us but might not for others. Second, for the price, I'd expect the place to be cleaner. For example, we had dusty surfaces and ants. Third, the advertised outdoor area is separated by a gate and seems like it belongs to a different rental - while we could technically use it, we didn't feel comfortable doing so.
I loved this cute little apartment. The decor was lovely and eclectic and there's so much art on the property. The little shared patio space was so nice and a great place for my morning coffee.Location is great - about a half mile walk from town. I'll definitely be back for future visits to Santa fe.
Great location. Really nice owner. Comfortable spot
The space was perfect love the layout and the room that I had in there. The kitchen was nice. The location was perfect for walking into town. The owner was gracious. It was a very nice day. I wish I couldâve stayed longer.
My husband and I stayed here for three nights and we loved it! The shower is very small, just a little warming! But the rest of the space more than make up for it!
The city of Santa Fe is artistically inspiring. This was our first visit there, but it won't be our last. The property owner is a fantastic human being and was super helpful ... a total pleasure.
This was a cool home to stay in! My only real complaint is the size of the shower in the very small bathroom. I am a small woman and could barely fit in it. My friend who is a tall woman, opted not to shower because of the size. The size of the apartment is good otherwise. It is quite dark though even in the middle of the day. Loved the location and easy parking just out front.
Great place -- a very bohemian aesthetic, lost of fun and funky features, excellent option for a single or a couple. The photos are exactly what you get! Great location, easy walk to the plaza. Good parking. Some great interior design choices! I would definitely stay again...excellent experience overall!
Fun casita/apartment that was perfect for my husband, dog and I. Loved it was close to shopping and walking distance to the plaza and Canyon Rd. Jim was there to greet us and make sure everything was ok. Casita was clean but we did experience a small ant problem. Ant traps were out but we had to make sure food was tightly wrapped or in the fridge. Not a major issue at all.
Cant beat the charming, quiet location near downtown. We walked to everything. Bathroom is very tiny, and some things had cobwebs on them, but it was fine. We were hardly there.
A little hard to find but very lovely and friendly host got us straightened out. Sorry to leave this review but we spent about a 1/2 hour there and I knew we couldnât stay comfortably. The place was very dirty and there were ants all over the place. Also, we brought our dog and the fenced courtyard shown in the photos really did not exist for our use. Very cute little place but the other aspects of the place made us decide against staying. After paying for the weekend we ended up paying for a hotel instead.
Property had dead bugs in refrigerator. Mouse trap in closet , tv did not work, smelled, and did not have any patio outside as shown in pictures looked like a junk yard. When confronted property owner he said patio was not included.
It was in add.. So we did not stay.
