This is the perfect weekend getaway spot for a couple! Great, convenient, clean, well-stocked location!! We have stayed here twice and will book it again!
The photos dont do it justice. Veey very clean. Within walking distance to Plaza, but please note otw back is quite uphill. We are late 50s and were pretty winded.
The condo is located in a very convenient location and is the cleanest one I've ever rented. I loved the southwest decor, and the place had everything I needed. I will definitely book again. Thanks for a lovely place to stay on my trip to Santa Fe.
This place is perfect for a cozy getaway! With an overlook across the street, you can catch animals early morning! Itâs half a mile from almost anything youâd want in downtown Santa Fe. The apartment was clean and welcoming! We would for sure stay here again!
Great location next to historic Old Santa Fe. Plaza at night bathed in thousands of Christmas lights should not be missed. Condo in quiet area across from Fort Marcy Park. Sunset at the park is an added bonus.
We have previously rented at Forty Marcy, but this has been our first time back in Santa Fe for many years.
#66 was probably one of the better equipped units we have ever rented, anywhere. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, etc.
One of our pet peeves about rentals and hotel rooms is that there are never enough places for hanging clothing. Walk in the front door at #66 and there are eight(!) hooks on the wall for hanging coats, hats, etc. Also plenty of hooks and racks for hanging towels in the bathroom, and a full-size closet in the bedroom with plenty of hangers.
Plenty of complementary toiletries in the bathroom as well, as well askitchen soaps, paper towels, etc.
Effective A/C and ceiling fans for comfort.
As with most on-line listings, the photos make the place look much more spacious than it actually is, but #66 has plenty of cozy space to two people.
Only thing the place needs is a view out the front window.
It was a great little place. So close to so many places of interest.
The condo was nice and clean.
We didnât cook in the condo, but I noticed it had all the necessities to do so.
We would definitely stay there again.
Only drawback was there isnât much lighting outside so when you get there after dark, you have to be careful going down the stairs.
We felt completely safe in the area.
We have been staying at vrbo units for years now and we would rank this one as NUMBER ONE of all that we have stayed at. The owner has thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Loads of tourist info on Santa Fe was provided. The unit is so well appointed. The bed is super comfy. And the fact that you can watch the sun set every night from the park directly across the street was a super treat! Bravo!
The property manager didn't give good directions or even the unit number. So grateful the owner, herself, texted just before my arrival and was very quickly respondent to questions to find her place. Definitely will stay there again!!! Disappointed in VRBO for not giving good check-in instructions.
The rental unit was fine and kitchen was well-stocked.
However, the primary reason we picked this VRBO was because the description said it had a hot tub in the community area. Upon arriving, we learned that the hot tub would be closed during our stay, and even if it had been open, the normal hours it is open are only during the business day. Thatâs not very convenient for vacationers to use. It would have been nice if the description had been more forthcoming about the limitations of using the hot tub.
This is our second time staying here. It was perfect for my husband and I. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Bed was comfy and is always clean!
The condo was very comfortable and well located for walking to the Plaza and beyond.
The owners were very responsive for the several questions I did have.
For this time of year it is very important to have excellent AC and this condo did! The only thing that needs improvement would be the WiFi which is spotty.
The location is perfect: a short walk to the Cross of the Martyrs, a medium walk to the plaza, and a very short drive to great hiking trails.
The condo itself is small and a little cramped. There is no view from the room or porch to speak of. But itâs a clean and cozy place to stay between adventures
This was a charming condo. There are steps down from the parking lot to the condo, so if you have limited mobility it may be difficult. We enjoyed the location and how cozy the condo was. It was across from the Cross of the Martyrs, so my husband, daughter and me would go for walks and from there we could catch such a beautiful view of the city. Location was convenient to everything. We would drive down bc it would be an uphill walk back. We found if we parked at one of the public parking lots we could walk all over and then back to the car and the condo was just a few minutes away. The owner responded quickly when we thought we might need an early checkin. The price was great as well. For less then a hotel stay we got a kitchen and bedroom. My daughter liked sitting on the porch to catch the sunrise or on the steps to catch the sunset. We will definitely be back.
Well appointed condo, perfect for a couple. Everything was as represented. Very quiet, close to Old Santa Fe, walkable if you are in good shape as it is quite a climb back to the condo. Lots to do in Santa Fe and a foodie mecca. Everywhere we ate was excellent. If you have never been to a Flamenco dance show, I highly recommend the El Flamenco show. Would definitely recommend this condo.
Great location. Perfect to watch the sunrise and sunset across the street at Cross of the Martyrs. Very clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
