There was no closet or place for us to hang clothes. No shelves or any kind of an area in the bathroom to place toiletries. Had a fan on a nightstand where there should have been a light. It was a cozy room but not very functional.

We loved The Mystic!! Would definitely stay here again. Room was adorable and clean and updated. Cafe/bar had really delicious happy hour and breakfast. Nice to get a night cap before bed. We were there for vinyl night. Just a great place. Gated parking. Really good nightly rate. I actually wish they charged a bit more! Only comaint was our next door neighbors having a loud drunk break up. But that wasnt the hotels fault!

This was the perfect stay! We enjoyed the atmosphere! The rooms are modern and very stylish which we liked a lot. They light a bon fire in the backyard which was wonderful to hang out after a day hiking and the restaurant was cozy, had beautiful interior design and very good live music or DJs in the evening to chill and have a delicious drink! The breakfast was delicious and the owner was super nice! We can highly recommend staying here!

Adorable redo with great bar/restaurant. Beds were comfortable. It is on a busier street but our room was towards the back and very quiet. Weather was too cold but they do have a lot of great outdoor spaces.

Our room was quiet! Did not hear anything from next door or from a busy road nearby. Good bed, everything worked, good WiFi. The restaurant was excellent and the morning breakfast was the best we have ever had…..and we have been to many, many motels. We would stay here again…..it’s a gem!!

It’s a very cute room setup, and I didn’t hear any of the neighbors talking, walking, or anything! The breakfast is absolutely phenomenal, and all the staff is extremely friendly, especially Earl from the complimentary breakfast. He was extremely polite and very helpful. Will 100% recommend to my friends planning a trip to Santa Fe! And will stay here everytime I come in the future

Stayed at The Mystic last night on our way home. The room was a studio style and had plenty of room for my husband and I for the night. If, you’re staying longer you may need a larger unit as they might have a dresser for you to unpack your clothes for the time you’re here. The only thing that put a “damper” on the stay was our walk around their garden area and seeing that some guest thought it was the poop pad for their dog. Everything else was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was small but clean, cute, cozy and efficient. Gated parking right in front of our room was a peace of mind. The staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond. The location is not as fancy as the The Plaza but I found it to be even more convenient. Everything was within a stretch. All locations we wanted to visit were very accessible. The yummy, flaky Italian pastries for breakfast were so delicious. They have a small breakfast buffet with good options- enough to delight the vegan as well as the meat eater (our case). They had events at night over the weekend. We enjoyed the disco night as well as the live music events. Specialty drinks were yummm. We felt safe. We felt welcome. We will consider going back whenever we are in town. Everything was lovely. Great value.

Basic accomodations

This place is a nicely decorated "Motel 6". The bed (which had a torn fabric headboard) was comfortable and the place was fairly quiet. The water was hot and the place was clean. There was upgraded (gated) security, probably because it is directly across from the homeless shelter. It wasn't a bad place, but very basic.

The renovation is terrific. The staff friendly and helpful. my door would not lock as it was damaged. All of the parking and doors are behind locked gates, so I felt safe.
