Perfect for us

We thought the villa was just perfect inside and out. We loved that, while inside we felt like we were outside with all the windows, most of them facing the mountains. We also liked the location. Over the years we have always stayed at the old Bishops Lodge so it was so nice to be in the same location being able to enjoy the same trails, views and explore the same areas. The villa had everything we needed and more, we were very satisfied with our stay there.

View, quiet and location

Beautiful villa. Location is great. Views beautiful. Hiking and Skyfire restaurant for dinners. Very quiet and peaceful location. Many ways to enjoy the outdoors or stay inside and relax. Great location for day trips to Santa Fe, Taos and Madrid. We have already booked again for next year!! Can’t wait to come back.

Luxury in Santa Fe

This was a GREAT rental. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we could want, and the area was quiet but close to everything we wanted. We hiked a lot, and found, with a little detective work, that one of the best hiking trails (Windsor) was within walking distance from the house Weather was perfect too. There was the balloon festival while we were there, and even the eclipse! We didn’t really get a chance to use the outside patios or the fireplace but we will next time! Highly recommended.

What a beautiful house

Booked this rental based on the pictures that we saw and decided to give the place a shot. The spaciousness of the house is much larger than the pictures show and I’m not even sure there was anything in the description that mentioned the view or the tranquillity here compared to staying downtown. This is a short 15 minute drive so don’t be worried about the commute. There’s no need to be in walking distance. The hosts were always in communication with us to ensure we were happy. I would 100% book this house for any future stays to Santa Fe. We already miss it and we just left.

Lovely house in Santa Fe!

This house exceeded our expectations - a great location - on a hillside with amazing views but a 10 minute drive from anywhere we wanted to eat or hang out in town. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, lots of room for the 4 of us to spread out, lovely bathrooms, responsive management - what else can you ask for?

Comfortable place to stay in Santa Fe

Nicely furnished, well maintained house in the suburbs of Santa Fe. Texted property manager about a few items that were missing and they brought them over right away. The fireplace was a bit challenging to use--would have liked to see a glass door to close opening as fire is burning out. Beds were comfortable and three baths were great for whole family.

Wonderful week in Santa Fe

Beautifully detailed, excellent attention to detail by the property managers—from a welcome gift to two vases of lilies to coffee (and half-and-half creamer!) to get you through the first few mornings to the drop-dead gorgeous decor, I can’t say enough nice things about this place and it’s great sunset views. Easy access to several hikes on the property, and short drives to many other scenic hikes. To top it all off, we had wonderful fall color at Aspen Vista on Hyde Park Road. Large kitchen for easy meal prep, and very close to Skyfire for a splurge evening out with a world class menu.
