Stayed three nights. No WiFi, or when it worked super slow. Verizon also has poor coverage here. Could not login to do work. No clock in the room. Loud plumbing and random noise. Breakfast was comparable to any holiday inn etc. not sure why there are so many reviews complementing the breakfast.

the only thing going for this property is it's fantastic location! sadly, the rooms are extremely rundown and the front desk staff barely looks up when you're in need of their service. we asked for our rooms to be cleaned once over the course of a 3-night stay and that never happened. wi-fi barely exists, even in the lobby. they tacked on an extra $15 fee every night for 'amenities' we did not take advanatge of: shuttle/breakfast, etc. when we inquired about removing those fees from our bills, the manager said he would do so immediately and subsequently, did not. when we phoned him, he said he would not remove them. our fault for not getting that in writing. this trip to santa fe was as wonderful as any of our visits there but for the money we spent there are plenty of nicer places to stay that have pleasant and well-informed staffs, updated, clean rooms and working wi-fi to research all the things available to do in this magical city.

It was a nice place. More like a motel. They did have a free shuttle service into the historic downtown area. The breakfast was a pretty good spread. Good place for the price, as other places closer to downtown were ridiculously priced.

Thank you Amos for your kindness and help. It's old and needs lots of updating. You have to ask for extra towels and carry to your room just limited service. Breakfast ok but limited to no fruit. Distance to walk to office and restaurant. Is large and we were at end of motel area. I would consider this a motel not hotel. Would not stay here again I'll pay more!

I know this is a loved property and wanted to as well but I arrived around 9pm thinking I’d be able to rest. Both a ton of noise and lack of parking made for a rough night. It’s older and a little worse for wear but conveniently located.

The property is within walking distance to the Railyard, which is fabulous for the Saturday market and restaurants. However, it’s very dated and worn with no elevators to higher floors.
