Just 450 meters from the beach of Can Picafort, this Mallorcan house for 6 people is ideal for a family holiday or a small group of friends.
This Mediterranean style house has a fantastic terrace with awning where you can sit and breathe in the gentle sea breeze while enjoying a good breakfast or a tasty dinner prepared on the barbecue. The bright colours of the shutters add a touch of joy to the exterior of the house. On the porch, located at the entrance of the house, you can relax reading an interesting book accompanied by a refreshing drink. There is an outside toilet for your comfort.

The single-storey house has a spacious living room with satellite TV open to the dining area with a table for 6 people. This room is perfect for dining together while watching your favourite channels on TV. The kitchen, with a very seafaring feel, is equipped with a gas hob and offers everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes and feel at home. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have a fan for the hottest days. A cot and high chair will be provided if you are staying with a baby. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal.

In the area of Can Picafort there are many shops and activities to enjoy the summer. Its beach is one of the best beaches in Mallorca due to its large extension, which makes it the best place for long walks, water sports or even take a boat trip. For golf lovers, the Alcanada golf club is just 11 km away. On the "Paseo del Colón", you can do some grocery, clothing or footwear shopping. Try an refreshing ice cream in one of many kiosks and yoghurt artisans. The visit to the lighthouse of Formentor is mandatory!

Catch up in the sun with family and friends

Great location for beach, walks, shops and nice restaurants. We also did a bit of exploring on bikes and buses around the island. Great base to tour Mallorca.

On the first day we noticed that the house has been closed, but its was an issue easy to solve,we just let the windows open for a few hours to let the air in( i soffer from sinusites so it was necessary). Overall a good place to stay if you to have a relaxing time.

Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet aber mit fast allem was benötigt wird (ein Staubsauger wäre toll). Auch über Moskitogitter an den Fenstern könnte man einmal nachdenken. Mit einer Entfernung von ca. 200-250m ist der Strand zu Fuss in max. 5 Minuten erreicht. Parkplätze waren immer direkt vor der Tür kostenlos zu finden. In der Küche haben wir eigentlich alles gefunden was benötigt wurde. Für den geringen Preis, ist alles vollkommen in Ordnung. Wer mehr Komfort/Luxus möchte muss dann auch tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung unter den genannten Aspekten absolut empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub mit Hindernissen

Schöne Ferienwohnung, gute und ruhige Lage, etwas zu kramig und teilweise altes Zeug. Gasflasche zum Kochen war leer und der Geschirrspüler kaputt, wurde jedoch nach ein paar Tagen ausgetauscht.

Nice house, great location. We spent an amazing week with our 3 kids late October in the northen part of Majorca. The house is spacious, the rooms are large, and the bedding is ok. Lots of cooking accessories but some basics were missing (no pasta drainer, l’os quality vegetable peeler.

The apartment was perfect for 6 people. It was clean, roomy and well equipped. The rearmost room was a bit warm because the air conditioner is at the other end of the apartment. Overall, very good accommodation.I can recommend.

La casa era perfetta. 200 metri dal mare con una piccola passeggiata si arrivava subito. Noi abbiamo girato tutta l’isola e la posizione si è dimostrata ad una distanza equa fra tutte le cale. La casa aveva ogni confort e la comunicazione è stata perfetta. Spaziosissima per 6. Giardino e terrazzo stupendi e funzionali. Il bagno esterno decisamente utile per accorciare i tempi di doccia al ritorno dal mare. Il centro di can picaford è praticamente fuori dalla porta di casa… il garage aveva anche un bbq stupendo. Unica piccola nota per il futuro. Consiglierei di mettere una bottiglia di acqua in frigo per gli arrivi, sopratutto se fiori orario come il nostro. Il prezzo è un pochino eccessivo ma quest’anno è tutto caro. Grazie davvero. Consigliatissimo

Can Pons in Can Picafort ist immer eine Reise wert

Like · Schön gelegenes, gemütliches Haus nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Sehr gute Matratzen. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich bei Fragen und Problemen umgehend um eine Lösung. Dislike · Gasherd ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch nutzbar.

Drei Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten ( es gab keine Beschwerden) auch von den Mitreisenden. die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist gut bemessen, es gibt eine zweite Toilette. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden (gut für die verschwitzte Fahrradbekleidung) Es gibt einen Fernseher mit Satellitenantenne. Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir unser Fahrtraining für 2020 hier wieder verbringen möchten.
