Studio "Erizo", with 30 m2 of surface, is located within a property with 5 units, all of them have a shared main entrance, but each studio is independent of the other. They share certain recreational areas, such as the pool, the patio and a terrace on the top floor.

*Kitchenette (2-burner convection grill, microwave oven, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, basic kitchen utensils.
