These folks did a wonderful job on the renovation of this old old two-story motel with no elevator. They thought of extremely modern ideas and fixtures. I was really impressed with their ideas about the room design. I found some of the workmanship to be pretty mediocre though. There are hooks that are already loose, lamps that don't work, the TV and the hookup is messy with tons of cords and the connection to the television was quite slow. There are seams in some of the paint and fixtures including flooring, just not all of the work was that great. There was one chair in the room and it was extremely heavy. There was no luggage holder and my largest complaint was that the hot water never really got that hot. The fixture in the shower is placed so high that if you're short, by the time the water gets to you, it's only lukewarm. Two two of the three dispensers in the shower were working. The conditioner seemed to be full but it would not come out. I also felt like there should be a dimmer in the bathroom as the light is just absolutely blinding. As for the temperature of the water, I even felt it right up close and it was barely 85° or so... A small microwave would be very helpful, but I liked the refrigerator very much. The bed was extremely comfortable but the pillows were just awful. They were flat rectangles and need to be completely replaced. I was glad that I brought my own pillow.
I am hoping that they work on these things, but for work, I will definitely be staying here
