Your Home Away from Home Includes:
- A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine in style—pots, pans, baking sheets, oils, spices, Keurig with coffee pods, tea, toaster, blender, silverware, dishes, and glassware.
- A cozy living area featuring a Smart TV, a dedicated workstation for those traveling for work, and a mini split system with Heater & AC.
- A private courtyard with lounge chairs and a fire pit—perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars.
- Access to a shared garden area with the owners, complete with a charming outdoor dining table and rocking chairs.

Comfortable and Convenient Accommodations:
- Bedroom: A queen-sized bed with built-in storage drawers and a spacious closet for all your belongings. The bedroom also has a second mini split system with AC and heater.
- Bathroom: A full bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and ample cabinet space for toiletries.
- Extras: Washer and dryer in the living area, with a Pac n` Play available upon request.

Important Notes:
- This guesthouse is an ADU located on a lot shared with another home, which is occupied by the owners with two children. Please note that while we strive for a quiet environment, occasional backyard noise may occur as children are present.
- To enter your private courtyard and guesthouse, you’ll pass through a shared garden area. There are two gates to get to your guesthouse.
- Street parking is free—just avoid blocking driveways or mailboxes.

Additional cleaning that is required above the normal wear & tear is a $150 fee. Late checkout without prior consent is $150 fee. Smoking on the premises is a $250 fee. Guest that is booking must be at least 25 years old.

Our home has a max amount of 2 guests. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 2 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 2 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay.
