We didn’t want to leave. This place felt like a home away from home and we loved the simplicity of access to pools and beach. We could have used a tiny more help accessing cab service as we didn’t have a car but getting into town was quick once we had a driver.

Well-deserved 5-star rating

This is truly a beautiful unit, with everything you would want in a vacation rental - and more. All the boxes are checked: a good sleep on a comfortable bed with great linens, very well-stocked kitchen, clean everywhere, exactly as described with accurate pictures, etc etc. The views are incredible, and having the rooftop patio is a wonderful bonus, despite already having all the balcony space. We have been to Huatulco a few times before and enjoyed Playa Arrocito over the years... the proximity of Amanecer A3 is one of the reasons we wanted to stay here. If you get up early enough, you can have a magical morning with the entire bay to yourself. The My Huatulco Vacation team were great hosts providing thorough communication before and during our stay, with kudos to Jose Juan and the rest of the property management team making the check-in/check-out process so easy to begin and end the vacation. We also booked our airport transfers with them (which we highly recommend), but because we are familiar with the area, we did not use any of their other services. We had a great trip, and while we try to avoid giving such glowing reviews, the truth is we would stay here again without hesitation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental unit was absolutely beautiful. It appeared exactly as shown in the pictures, other than the location of the pool. We were located right beside the current construction of the main pool. We were notified weeks before our vacation, that there would be construction taking place. It didn't really affect us much even though it was right outside our unit. We could hear the noise of the workers starting early, but our days started early too. We had the beautiful rooftop patio to retreat to, which offered more privacy and less noise too. The few things we were not clear about within the condo, we were able to ask through the management team on Whats App. We also are fortunate to have friends in the area who were able to provide help in this manner. Then we ensured the management team, was aware of the things that need to be included for future renters. Overall we had no issues and when we did contact the management team they were receptive and quick to respond.

This was our second property rental for the same holiday as we decided to extend our trip and treat ourselves to a luxury villa for our last week in paradise. We stay 5 weeks in total in HuatulcoAmanecer is a new property that is still being built but it is an amazing property. A3 being a penthouse gives you amazing views from all 3 terraces PLUS the rooftop terrace is spectacular. Everything overlooks Arrocito beach and the beautiful bay right in front of you. The accommodations are very luxurious, with a very large living space with 2 separate sitting areas (one with a large screen TV). A double screen door opens up to a terrace and a sectional sofa to enjoy living outside. We ate every meal on this terrace. The master bedroom is huge with it's own terrace as well with 3 large closets, large sink and double shower which opens up if you like to shower outdoors. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will needThe finishes are all high end and all rooms have air conditioners. The property has one small pool and a brand new infinity pool overlooking the beach and ocean. Stand at the pools edge and enjoy breath taking views. There are steps right beside the property which allows you access to the beach. There is a world class restaurant a 5 min walk down the road called OCEANS in the resort next door (Cosmos) If you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday and be pampered with luxury, then this is the place for you

Based on our holiday preferences Kerri helped us to plan our stay at the Amanecer complex on Arrocito Beach. While the complex is still under construction for the foreseeable future, unit A3 is a slice of the paradise that Amanecer will become. The condominium is perched above the beach with exquisite warm breezes and is stunningly decorated. The outdoor rooftop penthouse was where we started and ended each day.We took advantage of several My Huatulco Vacation service offerings. We loved the pre arrival pantry stocking (thanks Edy), in condo chef services and ease of the airport transfers. We had some inquiries about the condo during our stay and the team was responsive and helpful.Amanecer A3 was our home away from home for two weeks. The owners have done a wonderful job ensuring the kitchen has all the practical items required to prepare meals. The outdoor showers are unique amenities and the linens high quality. The scented candles added to the tropical evening ambiance.Arrocito Beach is steps away with decent swimming and snorkeling in its small bay. There is a restaurant that offers chairs and umbrellas so guests can enjoy cold drinks and food with their feet in the sand. There is a taxi stand within a few minutes’ walk from the Amanecer and it is a quick ten-minute drive into town to dine, grocery shop and stroll.Our time at Amanecer, service from the My Huatulco Vacation team and Huatulco’s perfect weather will ensure we are guests again!
