Clean room and location is amazing. My one meal took a long time and came cold. They reheated my dinner and overall decent. Staff was attentive and helpful. I loved my stay here, with beach access, great food, and beautiful pools. I had an adjoining room on both of my stays here. Both times I had a lot of noise from the hotel guests n this rooms. So loud, that it seemed like the door was wide open. Both times young babies were crying during the night and during the day. Also, I found the process of getting a pool towel and filtered water to be cumbersome. Bar service was poor in the pool areas.
