This house is great! We had 6 adults with more than enough room. Amenities were on point. The host was very responsive to my requests. 2 mins by car or golf cart to the beach and good eats. It’s in a gated community and the evenings were very quiet and enjoyable. The pool is amazing, it’s huge! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great affordable place to rent in 30A! Would rent again!

Home Away From Home

This was a wonderful vacation experience! The home had all of the amenities that we were looking for. A VERY nice pool, close proximity to the beach, plenty of room in the house to spread out our family of 9, and an EV charger. The home was well kept, clean, secure, and in a gated community. The shared pool had plenty of room to spread out and feel like it was your own private facility. I would 100% stay here again when in the area!!

One of our best family vacations ever! The house was absolutely perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Wes and Jessica truly thought of every detail, and everything went so smoothly from start to finish. We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. The home is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. We rented a golf cart and were at the stunning pool almost every day. The beach is a short drive away. The owner was immediately responsive and communicated with us when we reached out. We had a minor issue with a propane tank being empty, but the owner very quick to reimburse us!! Lovely home. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Beautiful large home 2 min from the beach in the sweetest little town on 30A in FL. Perfect place to rest, recharge and spend time with your family in the sun. Sand on the beach is like sugar and the property pool is a must see! Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

Half Mile From Happiness!

We stayed at Wes + Jess's beach house this past week, November 1st to 8th and it was a week of bliss! This well kept beach house was the perfect spot for our two families to gather and unwind. The home has a spacious layout which held our two families comfortably. The home is stocked with everything we needed. Bicycles, beach toys and a wagon for beach trips. Board games, books and several TVs for the rare rainy day. The beach was within walking distance and we enjoyed a few short trips every day. The water was a little too rough for our children so we spent the majority of the day at the pool, available only to guests/residents of the gated community. The pool is hands down the most beautiful pool we have swam in and really gives this vacation home an edge over other homes in the area. If you're considering staying in the 30A area, do yourself a favour and book a stay with Jess + Wes. You won't regret it!

Everything about this home and location was exactly as advertised, and it was all meticulously cared for. We rented a golf cart and had it delivered and picked up from the house. This house was more well stocked than any other rental I’ve had- from the kitchen to the garage full of beach gear!

Not perfect, but pretty great!

The location was amazing. Short ride to the beach and less crowded than we expected, though it was September. Proximity to Publix and Walmart was very helpful too. The house wasn't clean but the hosts were responsive and made it right. The house had more than enough room for two families of four and was well-appointed. There were TONS of beach gear and toys but not many beach towels. None of the waterfalls were turned on at the pool so our kids were disappointed, but there was plenty of fun at the beach to make up for it. We'd stay here again!

Family vacation

This was a fabulous trip for our family of 8. Jessica could not have been more helpful. She provided us with all the information we needed to make this a wonderful trip. She always answered our questions right away. This house is amazing! It was immaculate, inviting and situated in a wonderful neighborhood. We spent every day at the pool (which is huge!) or the beach. Close proximity to Seaside and Rosemary Beach allowed us to see all of 30A. The beds are so comfortable and several outdoor living spaces are unique. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay!!

The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Our group consisted of 4 adults, some teenagers and 2 younger children and everyone loved it:) Very short drive to a beautiful beach and the pool was amazing! Short drive to a grocery store and a few decent restaurants, and only about a 30-45 min drive to the larger towns like Destin, where there was obviously tons of great shopping, places to eat, etc. We liked the smaller, more “country” feel to the area we stayed in, but also being close enough to the larger cities to go roam as we wanted to. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family, which we actually already have. We have another family that is booking this same property for this year just from seeing my wife’s social media posts/pictures and called to ask if we'd recommend it and send them the link:)

Stunning place and great location

My family had a great stay at this charming beach house. It was very clean and all the small touches made me feel right at home. The pool was by far the best one I have ever been to. We loved being able to walk to the beach in the mornings and enjoyed the delicious oysters at Shunk Gulley right across from the beach. The front porch was great for relaxing at the end of the day and grilling out for dinner. I will definitely be staying here again.
