We had a wonderful stay! House was beautiful and clean. The house and neighborhood were pretty quiet when we were there. Neighborhood is gated with a code required to enter. There are only 30 or so houses in the neighborhood and they were all so pretty with beautiful landscaping. The main floor had one of the bedrooms (king bed) and bathroom. The other two bedrooms were on the second floor with their own attached bathrooms and each had their own balcony. The upstairs bedrooms had nice chargers with outlets, USB and C on the nightstands, but the one downstairs did not. The third floor has one small room with a loveseat and windows all around. It also has a deck with amazing views of the area and gulf. We really enjoyed all the decks, but be aware there are quite a few stairs up to the top of the house (about 45).House was well stocked with bath towels, dishes, paper towels and toilet paper. Each bathroom had sample sized shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. Kitchen had dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Laundry had one packet of detergent too. There was at least one hairdryer.The neighborhood has a community pool that is just two doors down from this house. Pool was good sized, but I don't think it's heated so was a little chilly for March. House does not have pool towels, so be sure to bring your own. The beach was a short walk (maybe 5 minutes) and the square with shops and restaurants was about a half mile walk. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.
