Spring break

Overall it was a great condo, comfy beds, plenty of towels. The neighborhood is nice we have stayed in this area many times. The only complaints we have are- there was only 1 tv in living room, there were no hot pads to remove hot pans from oven, and no kitchen scissors. We stay in condos so we can eat in and cook this place was just missing a few things like that. Also I think they vacuumed well but do not mop the floors. Our feet would be black walking around on the floor. Other than that it was a pleasant stay!

A week at Santa Rosa Beach

The condo was great! Lots of space, and well appointed to make it very comfortable for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were also in great shape. Only issues was the internet and TV weren’t always working. But the office was responsive and helpful. The only other issue was the Beach access, just seems crazy to squeeze everyone from all the housing that isn’t on the beach into a highly restricted section, while miles of beach go unused. But the shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. It’s such a beautiful beach it’s a shame to waste it on so few people. Should all be public beaches!. All in all we had a great time.

Great area; looks as pictured

We love this area so were glad to get to extend our stay in this condo. Condo could be more functional (no garbage disposal, large furniture) and king bed is very uncomfortable. But it is as pictured, was super clean and the communication was excellent!

Enjoyed our family vacay

Beach shack was a great property for our family vacation. Great location on 30A. We enjoyed being on the beach every day. We ate out at different restaurants close by. Enjoyed riding bikes to breakfast one morning. We found the property clean and nicely decorated. Would go again.

Condo is very nice and clean. Area is a nice area it’s not as easy to get to from beach as led to believe 30 A has lots private homes and etc
 that don’t let you setup on the beach in front of their property. The designated area for Beachside Villas is a good walk away or golf cart shuttle. Still not enough room for the whole complex to fit on beach and enjoy too cramped. One shuttle running isn’t enough for everyone this time of year! Other than the beach access situation this is a nice place. Beds are comfortable and clean. Found this place last minute looking and it worked out for our trip. You need to drive to all the shops and so forth not that close of walks as some have eluded too.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of comfortable beds, nice bedding, and lots of extra blankets. Everything was clean and well supplied. We loved the bikes that came with the room and especially enjoyed the golf cart trolly service that carried us back and forth to the beach multiple times a day. Short walk to the beach and easy access! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Last minute weekend getaway

Condo was well decorated and stocked for our needs. Bed was very comfortable! Appreciated the abundance of linens! The rugs need cleaning- they turned my white socks brown. The iron had some sort of rust in it and got all over my white shorts but I was able to clean them- probably need to replace the iron. Overall, I would book the condo again. We had some communication issues with the property manager and was pretty disappointed in that. When you only have 3 nights and can't access the bikes on your first afternoon/evening because they were listed in the incorrect place on the app and no one will respond to your messages or answer the after hours line, that seems unacceptable. We flew in for this trip so booking a unit with bikes was a must. The manager also forgot to leave the beach chairs and umbrellas in our unit and said she would have them to us by 9:00am the next morning. They weren't there at 9:30 so I text the number and a lady arrived at 9:50 to deliver them. She also helped us figure out where the bikes were located (at another building on the property.) We were bummed to loose the first afternoon and into the next morning on such a short trip but this was not a reflection of the actual property owner.

Great place!

Everything was great! Beautiful Cindy and beautiful town! Very quiet and family friendly! Great check in process with detailed simple instructions as to what to do when checking in and out. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay on 30A!

We stayed for a girls weekend! We loved the condo was in a central location on 30A. One night we enjoyed cocktails at Neat and dinner at George’s in Alys Beach. The next night we explored Rosemary Beach and had dinner at La Crema. Both communities were a short drive from the condo. There is an also a tram to the beach access which has plenty of room! We would definitely stay here again!

Fun times in beachside villas

The place was lovely. Clean, does not provide hand soap, had laundry detergent available & love having washer/ dryer in condo. Walk easily to beach, restaurants, stores. Poor lighting at night, limited sidewalks, people are cautious driving. Bridge on 30A out due to construction by Rosemary beach ( going east on 30A) which was inconvenient. Have a 25 minute detour around the construction. Had a wonderful time. Great location. Would go back! Note- no elevator so if on 3rd floor need to carry up luggage up 2 flights.

A quick walk to the beach

It was a perfect place for our family. Literally steps away from the beach. We rented bikes and although it was chilly the kiddos used them almost every day. The place was compact, but had a great dining table that was perfect for family game nights!

Perfect Choice

This rental was perfect for us - two moms with three teenage girls. Loved the location and the condo was so clean/updated and had everything we could’ve needed. Easy to book, easy to communicate with property managers. Hope to book again soon.

I don’t write many reviews but this unit was outstanding and I want other travelers to notice it! It looks just like the pictures. It was immaculately clean and well appointed. A very short walk to the beach. I wish all Vrbo listings were like this.

Perfect location

What a great vacation spot!! So close to the beach; a quick walk or a quicker beach trolley ride! We rented bikes and never had to drive anywhere - from ice cream trips, to coffee, to wine, everything is very close. The place was super clean with great owner communication. We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs were easy
thankful to be there as it was very quiet. The only things I wish I knew in advance (not complaints at all & I probably could have looked at the listing in more detail) is that the living room is small with limited seating, so if you have more than 4 in your party and you want to comfortably visit, you’ll have to utilize the dining table chairs. There are no TVs in the bedrooms & limited mirrors. (With 5 females in a place, it’s noticeable! Ha). Other than that, everything was perfect. Great area, great place!

Great location and close to beach

A little smaller than we anticipated, but so nice to be a quick walk to beach! A few more kitchen accommodations would have been nice and had an issue with door keypad and bunk beds but responsive owners helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend renting bikes and beach wagon!

Steps from the beach

We stayed here the week before the 4th of July and had a great time! Communication with the rental company was perfect. Maria kept in contact leading up to the trip and also while we were there. We had one issue with the electronic lock to the property not working, and she sent someone out right away to fix it. The living room area is a bit small. There is only seating for three (one small sofa which is more like a loveseat, and one chair) but, based off the pictures I knew that prior to booking, so it didn't come as a surprise. The bed in the master bedroom is pretty uncomfortable. The mattress is VERY firm, so much so that my husband and I woke up with sore hips and backs pretty much every morning. The pillows were adequate, and the property came stocked with multiple bed linens in case you got a chill throughout the night and needed to add an extra layer. The kitchen had enough supplies to cook your basic meals in case you weren't eating out every night. The entire condo was very clean and, overall, I was happy with the property. One last important bit of info: this condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. If you have people in your party with mobility issues I would not recommend it. My parents came with us on this trip and the two flights of stairs were pretty difficult for my father.

Weekend getaway

This was a short family trip for us. We loved everything about it and the area. Quiet and relaxed area and only a short walk to the beach. condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable for us all. Would definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful Condo perfect for families

We had a wonderful experience at this condo and in Seagrove again. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped our only issue was the toaster and blender were broken, but that didn’t ruin our trip. :) We will be back!

Great Condo - Great Location

We took 4 teenagers for their spring break. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and the 4 girls. The rental process, check-in, check-out, and parking situation was easy. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. The furniture and beds were really comfortable. Everything seemed clean and new. The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to several of the gathering places the kids wanted to visit. It was a really enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend.
