Location was perfect for us, few steps and you are on the beach, restaurants, gas station and convenient store are walking distance! The apartment is very confortable, kitchen with all you need to cook. Easy check in in and check out process. Easy drive to Seaside, Rosemary Beach and others.

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach!The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. Both the king-size bed and sectional sofa bed were very comfortable. My kids love staying here and especially enjoy relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach. I also appreciated the addition of a change machine in the laundry room—very convenient!

Easy access to so much

The property was a great location to walk to restaurants and beach access. It lacked a little in the way of cleanliness as the bathroom needed to be wiped down better. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us, but we didn’t cook much. The kitchen was very clean and functional. We’ve stayed at Beachwood villas many times and this one was as good as some of others we have stayed in. Did the job and we got to enjoy to beauty of Seagrove Beach yet again.

Old and Tired

The listing states this property had been refurbished. All appliances and furniture were mostly old!! No instructions for the TV or the Cable system. Just overpriced for what it was.

Everything you need, Nothing that you Don't

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for a family of three and had everything we needed. The beach was less than a 2 minute walk (this is door to sand), Dough Sea Donuts was maybe a 10 minute walk and there were several other restaurants that were within walking distance. The condo is dated but extremely clean. Even with 3 people, beach towels and swim suits it smelled clean our entire trip. It's in a great location. We enjoyed the pool but we really loved the shuffleboard court! I messaged the manager about our patio door lock not catching and it was completely fixed within 2 days of my original message. Highly recommend Beachwood Villas. We would stay here again!

Unit needs attention

The location of this condo was great for going to the beach. The amenities were nice but the condo itself was not a place I’d stay again. The unit was tired. The door mats and bedroom carpet was really dirty - we couldn’t go barefoot because our feet turned brown. The towel rack was falling off the wall and paint was peeling in the bathroom. I would not recommend this particular unit.

Near beach access

It has been 6 years since I have vacationed along 30A so I was surprised how you can only walk to and from the beach using public beach access! We came in for a short weekend so we really appreciated how close this unit was to the beach walk over path! You can also easily walk to the Tom Thumb, stores and many restaurants. The unit was updated and had everything we needed. Happy we chose this location.

BEWARE, this unit is filthy dirty, has old, worn out furniture and the managing company, Ocean Reef has the worst customer service I've every experienced. The sheets were scratchy and dingy. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, we left after one.

Great Location

The location is excellent with easy access to the beach and Tom Thumb right across the street providing everything you need. The condo being on the first floor was nice to be able to put all our sandy beach stuff without having to go through the place. The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location easy walk to the beach and to the pools!!! Great place for a family of 4 with kid(6-10years old). Does need some cleaning inside (both fans have about 1/4” of dust caked on them) and can use some new silverware (rusty steak knives). And could use a cutting board and some serving spoons.

Perfect for a long weekend

Great spot for a long weekend. Location is right where you want to be, across from the beach, and just down the street from restaurants, bars, and Seaside. Our toddler especially loved walking out on the private patio. Would definitely consider staying here next time we are on 30A.

Great location!

This property is in a great location and a fantastic spot for a couple or small family! You are a short walk to the beach access. Checking in was easy and we were even able to get an early check in! The only thing I would change is a few cleanliness issues. It had been cleaned but the ceiling fans need cleaned desperately, there was hair from a razor left in the bath which let me know it had not been cleaned properly, and an ice cream cup left on the patio from prior tenants. Otherwise, a great stay!
