We recently stayed at Cabana Cove on 30A with 6 adults and 6 children (all 10 and under), and the house itself was truly wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and incredibly kid-friendly. Our kids absolutely loved the bunk room â it was perfect for our group and made the trip special for them. The location is also fantastic. We could walk to the beach easily, and having a golf cart included was a great bonus for quick trips around Blue Mountain Beach.Unfortunately, the experience with the property management company, Beyond Blue, is what brings this review down to 2 stars.The main refrigerator never worked during our entire stay, which is a huge problem when youâre cooking and storing food for 12 people. We had to rely on the much smaller spare fridge, and we came close to food spoiling. It took multiple calls and texts just to get in touch with Beyond Blue. Eventually, we got in touch, but it was a process. It also took longer than the 7-10 days to get the golf cart deposit after multiple emails. It felt impersonal, distant, and more like dealing with a large, overwhelmed company than a guest-focused host. For such a preventable and significant issue, the lack of customer service was extremely disappointing.Blue Mountain Beach is one of our favorite places, but I would recommend choosing a different rental until the management company improves their communication and support.
