Property was as described. Beatitful view and easy bike ride/walk to so many restaurants and shopping. We had a few lilttle hiccups at start with the coffee maker and AC unit but they quickly got it resolved. I would recommend packing some supplies like coffee filters, salt/pepper etc as there is none of this in the unit; however there are plenty of cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. We would definitely rent here again .

Construction, and codes, and tent rules

Construction on unit below us for 4 of the days...we would like compensation as VBRO always has TV Ads saying ..VBRO tells you if there is construction going on. I think $500.00 would be a good compensation. *I also texted management for the codes for the Pool outside Bathrooms and as they were looked with no reply. *Also I had asked the Owner about a temp beach tent and he said they were not allowed and yet there was tents by other guests next to us and in the public beach area 100 ft away several tents. thanks you Fred

Condo exceeded our expectations. Beautiful
spacious and comfortably accommodated 10 of us. Private beach access was great and the pool was amazing. The only feedback I would have is the management company provided information regarding rentals. However it was not at all clear that our rental included 1 free beach set up per day. The management company provided us a rental company that said they could only provide us backpack chairs. Luckily we called ahead and didn’t waste our rental credit! Other than this tiny hiccup everything was amazing. We definitely want to return!

Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The location is right across the street from the gas station so noise was a bit of an issue. The condo is very nice and has great views of the gulf. The location is also in walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Awesome Condo/location/view

This place is awesome. The views are incredible and it's a great location with nice pool right on the beach. Their were chairs and umbrellas on the beach for rent. It was perfect for a girls' weekend trip. We would definitely stay again. You probably need a car to fully enjoy the entire area but could make do without and just use bikes too as you're not far from several restaurants and Ubers are scarce. Everything you need is in the condo as far as cooking goes also. Lovely unit and well decorated.

Fantastic Beach Front Getaway

I highly recommend this ocean front condo. It was perfect for a family reunion with spacious bedrooms and three full baths. It has one of the best views around and was very clean with tasteful decor. We hope to come back!

Wonderful vacation

We so enjoyed our time here! Everything was clean, nice, convenient and had plenty of space for us all. The views from the balcony were amazing and we enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. Parking was easy. Never felt crowded around our building even though I know the area was very busy this time of year. We’ve stayed in multiple properties throughout the Destin area and we all said this was our favorite.

The Legacy Unit 304

Perfect family setting with view of the beach and ocean from the unit and spacious balcony. Much privacy with bedroom and bath offerings. Only suggestion is adding a Keurig which should be standard in a unit of this level. Also pot holders would be nice in the kitchen as well. You are paying a premium price to rent this unit and we felt like our expectations were 99% met. We will tent again.

Perfect Stay on 30A!

We have rented all sorts of VRBO properties on 30A..changing depending on the group and time of year. Our stay at this condo rates as one of the best! From the location, to the amenities, to the excellent communication with the management...and more. We loved this property and plan to make it an annual girls trip!! Kinda hate to share this! Going to be harder to book next year!

It was amazing. The location, the views the quality of everything in the condo was perfect

Loved the place. Every time I started to think that the condo did not have something I wanted — I found it! The dryer was the only thing that wasn’t perfect. It takes a couple of cycles to dry large loads — so just plan ahead.

The condo is beautiful

The home owners association was a nightmare. They ruined the whole vacation. Also there was a problem with snakes at the pool and the garbage disposal is in a very dangerous location.

A 5-star condo, a 4-star experience

Our family of 7 stayed here in May, 2018. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing and the beach access looks to be among the best along this stretch of coastline. The location is perfect, with its close proximity to Seaside, etc for those interested in venturing out a bit. I can't think of a single negative about the condo itself. So why did it not get 5 stars? Two reasons: 1. When we arrived (Saturday), the pool was closed, with yellow caution tape around the gates. We hadn't been told it would be closed. We called the leasing agent (for some reason, even though we rented through VRBO, our contact was a real estate company; we never had any communication with/from the owner) who hadn’t been notified of the closing; then we were told it should be open by Tuesday. We heard nothing else and the pool remained closed. On Thursday morning, the tape was down but Friday the tape was back up again. We left on Saturday, hoping it would be open for the next renter. No pool plus the lack of communication/misinformation regarding it was unfortunate. 2. Current/future construction: On the adjacent lot to the West a new building is going up, much larger than the Legacy. Fortunately for us, the construction was far enough along that the noise didn't bother us as much as we were afraid it would. It doesn't look like the beach views will be affected much but the beach will definitely be impacted by the increased number of guests. The adjacent lot to the East is undeveloped and it can only be a matter of time before something goes up there. So renter, be aware of any current or new construction on that site.

great stay!

Loved the property, location was great. Glad the construction next door was not too loud. Was unaware a new property was being built. Sad to loose the sunset view to it but so close to the beach and amenities it gave us just what we were looking for. Love to revisit again.
