Beautiful condo and beautiful location. Love the private beach. Loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Great place w easy access to PC and Destin being each about 50 minutes away! Grayson state park is a hidden gem!
The best thing about this property is the easy access to the beach! The property manager is also easy to access and quick to respond. We had to have the back of our toilet replaced during our stay and it was done promptly and without intruding on our time and space.This place is ideal for short trips - the beds arenât super comfortable, towels arenât absorbent, and there wasnât good space for hanging towels or storing sandy items.
Not our first time in this building, but our first time in this condo. Benchmark was easy to work with when issues arose. Pictures are accurate. We requested mattress topper for the master bed that made our stay much more enjoyable.
We had a great week. This unit was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. We loved being able to see and hear the Gulf from our balcony. The pool was heated, which was great. The beach service was so convenient. We walked to a coffee shop every morning, and rode bikes to dinner most nights.
We loved this condo! Having a balcony from the main bedroom was wonderful - listening to the waves is a great way to sleep! There was great communication from the hosts. Everything was clean and comfortable.
This comfortable condo has a beautiful view of the ocean with easy beach and pool access, great parking, and a delightful neighborhood with delicious local restaurants.
My mom and I had a wonderful weekend get away. We have been vacationing on 30A my whole life but this was the first time we have stayed at BeachCrest. We loved the location and access to the beach. The unit was nice and the beds were comfortable. We will be back again!
My husband and I can for the week and enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest. Everything was nice but the one piece of feedback Iâd give is that some of the furnishings are worn out. For instance the barstools had worn edges and the sofa was stained from wear and tear. The toilet paper holders were rusty and there was a corner wall missing trim and trim that easily fell off on another corner. None of these would cause us to not stay again but I think they are worth mentioning.
904 at Beachcrest on 30A was overall very nice. The master bathroom needs an updated toilet and some of the doors need adjusted so they open smooth and stay on track. But the cleanliness was spot on and had all the household items you would need while staying. The view is breath taking and the beach chairs are added plus.
The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again and recommend as well.
While the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated, the living room could use some sprucing up. Furniture stained and paint peeling. Toilet paper holder rusted. Balcony furniture left a lot to be desired. Still a good deal for the price.
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice, great view, clean, and was fantastic to have beach chairs and umbrella provided on the beach with having an infant. The building is older but no problem at all as the condo was more updated. You canât beat this location! Publix is right down the street - which we met one of the members of Florida Georgia Line at the Publix! And there are a lot of great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed cruising 30A and visiting Seaside.

Everything was easily accessible. Have to grab chairs by 7am or theyâll all be taken. Only complaint at all is the bedroom doors donât shut. Would definitely stay here again!
Good location, but needs cleaning and replacing beds.
The condo location was fine as we are familiar with the location, the beach service was excellent. We were disappointed in the quality of the finishingâs.
Specifically, the twin beds both had broken box springs making them extremely uncomfortable for adults to sleep comfortably in. Furthermore, there are bloodstains on the wall and on one of the headboards. The beds should be replaced and the room appropriately cleaned.
The rug in the main living area is dirty and should be cleaned.
Glassware, dinnerware is a mismatch of pieces.
The balcony furniture is also a collection of chairs and tables, 2 of the chairs had broken slats they need to be repaired or replaced.
The unit itself was musty, this may be a reflection of the age of the building and HVAC limitations--wet towels and clothing would not dry.
If you have minimal quality specifications for rental units, I find it hard to believe that this unit has met them. I would strongly recommend that they upgrade there finishings and especially address the issues in the back bedroom and twin beds.
Area is very family friendly, but very congested. Thankfully most were gracious to bikers and those walking. Property was nice, but could use a little maintenance. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
