We really liked the private bedroom, the living room and kitchen we very spacious. It was very clean and the pictures shown online are accurate. We would stay here again.The HOA maintenance was notified that the gate wouldn't open from the condo to the pool area. We had to use the main gate to get into the pool area all week.

Covenient to beach and pool!!

This was a good property for our "back to school trip" with our granddaughters. The cleaning folks could do a little better. Patio area not swept and clean. Coffe pot hasn't been wiped in a while, something on stove top. Nothing major but makes you wonder about detail of other cleaning, that does matter.

I loved the condo! Everything was clean and the condo was very roomy. Very convenient to the pool and the beach. It was great to have shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely come back in the future.

Good times!

This is out second time staying in this specific condo and we were aware there was construction however, we were unaware of the extent of the construction. If you plan on staying here please inquire about the construction. The air compressor outside our room kicked on and off all day beginning at 8:00 a.m. as well as workers yelling at each other as they were working. We were unaware the patio was closed and not usable however, they were working on it the day we left so it may be open now. Other inconveniences such as not streaming of Netflix, Prime or Hulu available in the bedroom and we were glad we brought our own firestick although MeTv was available in the bedroom. The living room has streaming options which was nice. This isn't really a complaint but just something to be aware of. The size of the bedroom and bathroom is wonderful and everything was clean. We would recommend this property and would stay here again especially after construction is finished.

Winter get away

The condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean. We really appreciated how comfortable the king bed was. The kitchen had all that we needed. We were very happy with the condo itself. Unfortunately, there was construction happening right outside the front windows and French doors every day during our stay. It was loud and chaotic and we weren’t able to relax in the condo during the daytime. We didn’t feelcomfortable fully opening the blinds due to workers being right outside the windows and French doors so it remained rather dark in the condo even during the day. The main pool and hot tub were closed the whole time we were there. Fortunately, we found a heated pool at another location on the property and were able to enjoy that and the beach and ocean as well.

Very good stay. Enjoyed our week very much. Only difficulty we had was operating the television. We were not familiar with cable service or streaming system that was used. Never could get anything except the Samsung Plus stations. Needs to be some sort of instructions on how to use.

Vacay at Gulf Place Caribbean

It was so relaxing! We love this place, it has become our annual vacation place. You have dining, shopping, pleasure, etc. all right on the property. If you want to relax at the pool it’s perfect. If you choose the beach, it’s a 2 minute walk and absolutely gorgeous. You can also take advantage of Burkes chair/umbrella rental and it’s set up when you get over to the beach. We couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot. We love this place!

Location, location, location!

This place was absolutely wonderful! The location was unmatched. My husband and I traveled with our 9 month old and 16 year old son. The condo was steps to the pool which made it super convenient to come in and out with the baby as needed. The beach was a short walk - we either carried our son or used our stroller, so easy! Once we parked our car, we did not need it again. Coffee shop, great food and shopping all within easy walking distance. We’ve already decided we want to come back to this exact spot next year!

Perfect Location

This first floor condo is perfect location for seniors with visiting grandchildren. Easy access to pool feels like it is in your backyard. Condo is very spacious. Beds and linens are high quality. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. All activities are very easy to walk to-beach, restaurants, coffee shop. This will be our choice of condos as we frequently visit our children in Santa Rosa Beach.
