We had a wonderful time, the bikes were a huge asset, the house was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the layout worked perfectly for mine and my sisters families, short walk to the beach, beautifully decorated. I wish there was more of a beach view from the common level on the middle floor, I did not realize we would only be able to see the ocean from the king suite on the top floor. But everything else was great, I would book it again.

Best of 30A

White Bird 30A was clean, had the most comfortable beds, was in a small, quiet, gated community, one house from a beautiful pool and right across the street from a gated private beach access with one of the most private beaches on 30A. Also, personal canopies were allowed on a section of the beach, which is rare on 30A. We ate out once at the Old Florida Fish House, which I highly recommend, but the kitchen was so amazing and well-stocked that we easily cooked gourmet meals for our party of 6. The property manager, Sarah, was the best person I have dealt with. She was informative, attentive, kind, and helpful. If there were more than five stars, I would give them!

Fantastic

Perfect in every way. Fantastic. Only one complaint that there were no beach chairs, but everything could not have been better and every aspect, fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, clean as a whistle and great communication and support.

Fantastic stay

The property host is incredibly helpful and fast to respond. We have 3 teens and 6 adults. We had plenty of room inside the place. The walk from the condo to the beach is under 5 minutes and very easy. Having a private access is absolutely essential and made things so pleasant on the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Highly recommended!

Best weekend ever!

We had the best time at Whitebird!!!! The host was so responsive to all of our questions about what to do in the area and the house was ready for us so early!!! It was the perfect space for 9 girls to not feel on top of each other all weekend! I definitely would recommend staying here!!!! Beach access was right across the street and it was such a great area. I am sad our trip is over!

Perfect Location

We loved the location and neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded due to being private. The outside area was perfect to lounge and relax in the evenings. Our only small complaint would be that the bedrooms and bathrooms on the bottom floor need locks : )

Fantastic!

Stayed at whitebird 30A with 2 families with preteen and teen kids. Excellent location and easily bikable to seaside. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The beach was a super close walk. See & Stay 30A was a pleasure to deal with and the welcome goodies were a very nice touch. We couldn’t have enjoyed our first stay on 30 a more.

The Perfect Place

Loved Whitebird 30A! They have thought of everything so you don’t have to. Beautiful home and everything was perfect from the beds to the bathrooms to the cooking tools. We did a combination of eating out and cooking. The kitchen is fantastic and the gas grill is even off the deck next to the dining nook. Very comfortable with close proximity to beach (across the street with private access) and close enough to Seaside center, but not too far away. Just a great place and we’ll stay there again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

What a beautiful and thoughtfully prepared rental property. Having stayed in many home rentals for vacation our group appreciated the attention to details throughout house - well stocked kitchen, beautiful finishes throughout, comfortable beds and restaurant recommendations. I was surprised there weren't beach chairs in shed (we purchased four and left them for the next guests), but there were plenty of beach towels, toys and a wagon for guests to use. Loved having the bikes as options, too. Great property for adults and families.

The best place we've ever stayed in 30 years of going

BOOK THIS HOUSE YALL!!! Our family has been going to the Destin area for 30 years. We decide to try the seaside area and found this house. it was the most amazing house we've ever rented, and we've spent triple the amount on houses in destin. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathrooms, except for food and your own personal essentials. It comes with tons of beach towels, and beach supplies for kids and adults. It is truly amazing. We decided to cook in the house every night and it was super easy because all we had to worry about was getting the food and the kitchen/grill did the rest. (I will say the grill needs some good servicing, the pipes seemed broken or clogged so it wouldnt light on its own and when it did the flames were coming out all over, not where theyre supposed to. The location is amazing. Right across from the beach, took 2 mins and the beach was so private thanks to key fob access only for the houses near. It's close to the Seaside shops, tons of restaurants. We literally walked everywhere and didnt get in our cars once.. It was amazing! The beds were so comfortable, bathrooms were great. If you have small children, just be aware there are no bathtubs, but we made it work. It was an overall amazing experience and we are definitely going to be back as much as possible.

Beautiful home, great location

This home was terrific for our 30A vacation. Beach access was right across the street and it was only a 1/2 mile walk to Eastern Lake. Short walk to The Perfect Pig restaurant, and short bike ride to The Beachy Bean, Coastside, and Old Florida Fish House. The house was centrally located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach (a bit closer to Seaside), so it was easy to get to lots of different places. The house itself was very clean and we loved the coastal chic decor. The living room had tons of room and ample seating for our entire group. The house is well appointed with everything you need: 4 bikes, beach wagons, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, Keurig machine, coffee machine, crockpot, toaster, margarita maker, and every kind of cookware/flatware/drinkware you can think of. The community pool was very nice, but could use more shade umbrellas. I would also recommend the property provide more than one Key FOB for beach access since the house sleeps 12 and you need the FOB to enter and exit. Kudos for the easiest check-in and check-out!

Everything was amazing! The check in process was perfect. The house was spotless. Getting to and from the beach was extremely quick and easy. Great location with plenty of restaurants and a Publix very near. We will come back the next time we head to Santa Rosa!

Beautiful House

We so enjoyed our stay at Whitebird! The house was gorgeous, had everything we needed, and the property management company was VERY responsive to any question or issue! My only suggestions for the house is they need more comfortable patio furniture on the 2nd floor balcony and ceiling fans in the downstairs bedrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Home and perfect location!

We stayed at WhiteBird for the 30A Songwriters Festival and thoroughly enjoyed the home and the festival. The home is actually even nicer than the pictures and the location is perfect! We will definitely look here first on our next visit.

Staying at Whitebird 30-A was one of the best vacations my family and I have experienced in a long time. The previous reviews are dead on. The house was one of the best houses equipped for a family vacation that I have rented in a long time. Everything you needed was supplied in the home. The only suggestion I could make is to have a couple more sets of bedding for guests possibly needing to sleep on one of 3 couches. Plenty of pillows but no extra pillowcases,flat sheets, and blankets. Not a biggy tho. Walmart is not too far away. I loved the location too. So fun to sit on one of 2 patios and people watch. We were up at 7am everyday and down for the night by 10:30pm. Loved waking up early to enjoy the warm sunny mornings with my coffee and going to the beach to watch the sunsets. The gated private beach access was a highlight also. We felt we had the beach to ourselves. Simply amazing!!The pool area in the gated community is awesome too. My grandchildren loved it since they got a little scared by a some jelly fish on the beach. It was a great education for them tho since we pulled them out of school for part of the week. They now have studied ocean creatures. Another highlight was showing them hermit crabs in the early evening. They loved looking for them with a flashlight. It was so cute! What more can I say but the saddest thing about the house was the day we had to leave. We are back in Michigan now and saving our money to return to Whitebird 30A. Simply the best house and vacation ever!! Thank you for sharing your home with us. Deb Johnson

We really enjoyed our stay at Whitebird. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for all of us. I was pleasantly surprised by all the additional amenities offered. We used the four bikes everyday. The swimming pool was wonderful to relax in after being at the beach all day. We came here for our daughter's wedding and entertained a small group of family and friends. A fun time was had by all. The sound system was fabulous! I would highly recommend Whitebird as a place to stay!

We had a great time at this beautiful home. The house is beautiful decorated, very comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It is just two minutes walk to the beach. The beach in this area is very quiet, clean, and spacious. The pool is just across the house. There is a lot of space in the living area, the kitchen is very well equipped and the house includes a lot of nice things like beach towels, bikes, apple TV and much more! The beds are very comfortable and all the bedrooms are very nice decorated. Everything is very clean and fresh. The manager went above and beyond to help us during booking and when we arrived to the house. We fully recommend this house and we will definitely come back!

What an incredible home; It had everything we wanted from the location, the beach and the shopping.

My wife and I have been coming to Seaside / Sea Grove Beach for the past several years and have fallen in love with the area. This is the 4th home we have rented in the area and this one was by far the best one we have stayed in. It had all the amenities we were looking for from the location, easy access to the beach (less than 90 seconds), great open area of the home and all within walking distance to our favorite breakfast restaurant, the Pig. The home was quiet, refreshing and clean, had great views of the ocean and great sunsets as we drank our wine. If we brought the grand kids with us they would love the bunkbeds as well as the big swimming pool. We could not have been any happier with our stay at Whitebird (love the name). It is safe to say will be leasing this home again and bring the grandkids and have recommended to all our friends. Thank you
