Summer family Watercolor trip

Great location in Watercolor to stay. A very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the separate living spaces, it was nice when the kids needed quiet time.

Easter Get Away

We had a great trip! This property was so unique and beautiful. It had everything that we wanted and needed. It was located within walking distance to all the main activities and the clubhouse. It was an absolute treat to stay here! We all enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you!

Fabulous stay at Ursula!

This is a great property for multiple families. It is basically two separate living spaces and has plenty of room. It has just been updated, and the location can't be beat. We will look for it again next time we want to come to Watercolor!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Ursa Major/Minor was perfect for our stay in Watercolor. The accommodations were perfect for our group with the ability to congregate in Ursa Minor and rest in Ursa Major. Parking was easy and Exclusive 30A was great to work with and quick to respond! Watercolor is so beautiful it is almost hard to believe it is real and all of the amenities are just a few steps away from the house. We loved it!

Great stay in Watercolor

This house worked great for our group. Aging parents downstairs away from the loud kids upstairs. The house is beautiful and in a great location close to the beach. Walking distance to everything. The house has a few small maintenance items that need addressing but nothing that prevents an enjoyable stay.

Perfect home for a beach trip

The neighborhood is impressive. We spent a surprising amount of time on the bike trails. The beach was just a few blocks away. There were also great food trucks and shops nearby. We booked both units to get the entire home for our family. Great patios. Loved watching thunderstorms from the perch on the roof.

Great Location!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Excellent location and things were clean and cute. The layout is a little odd and the main living space has a bedroom kind of in the middle of the space separated by a screen. We made it work but it's something to be aware of.

30th Birthday gift

What a great way to say goodbye to your 20's and welcome your 30s ! Everythinng from the King size beds, large refrigerator, two living areas, next door to open grassy area, walking distance to Watercolor Beaches, pools and city center!!

From the porch, you can almost always watch the park and its many visitors. The house layout is odd but everyone slept comfortably.

Space for the early risers downstairs to gather for coffee before an early morning beach stroll. While other folks can work upstairs in that living/kitchen. Dinner on the porch and wine in the crow’s nest up top! A nice shady walk from house to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this unique property!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside of the house has been updated. The bathrooms leave much to be desired. Reminded me of college dorm showers from 30 years ago. The A/C worked nice, and always a plus for a beach rental. If you are a regular in the area, it’s not the traditional watercolor inside beach house, so just be prepared for that. I’m not sure if eclectic is the right word, but it’s different. Having the main area downstairs was odd for us, but worked. It was not ideal for the couple that stayed in that bed because no door to their (bedroom). It’s in a good location and it was nice to bring our small dog.

Disappointing Relative to Listing

Bit disappointed for sure, given how expensive the property was. The house smelled really bad when we arrived, which we texted management about but didn't get a response. We flushed out the disposal and some other areas and it went away after 12 hours or so (which was a lot given our stay was 72hrs). The couch was covered in stains and the pillows were clearly there to cover them up, so it felt a bit gross. The listing also is not very clear at all that it's two separate condos, with an exterior stairwell connecting them, and it does not make clear at all that the main bedroom is in the living room. Overall not very pleased, and particularly frustrated by how much we were charged in cleaning costs relative to the cleanliness of the place when we showed up.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The property is quirky (having to go outside to go upstairs). Outside terraces are fabulous. Inside modern decor not my first choice. While clean and ready, the downstairs had a moldy odor probably due to a leak under the bathroom (should be easy to remedy). Upstairs was clean and fresh. Biggest drawback upstairs is lack of a place to put clothes for an extended stay. Only stayed two nights so we managed out of the suitcase.
