Relax in this fully remodeled Beach Home in the Elite and Gated "Old Florida Villiage" in Santa Rosa beach on 30A. It's perfect for families or small groups.

Old Florida Villiage is located along the prestigious' Beaches of South Walton' in Santa Rosa Beach just west of Seaside. Enjoy the menagerie of amenities, shops, and eateries up and down 30a. Fresh seafood and some of the best open-air dining in the world. Nearby are Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Goat Feathers, Local Catch, Stinky's Fish Camp, Pecan Jack's ice cream, Pizza by the Sea, Basmati's, and many more!

After dinner, it's only a short stroll to the beautiful powder-white sand beaches and the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or you can kick back, unwind, and recharge alongside one of the two community pools.

4 Verandas! This 30A cottage home has three common covered porches with seating and a private second-floor master bedroom balcony. The backyard is fenced-in.

Bring the sunblock and fun. We'll supply five bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach cart, a cooler, boogie boards, beach toys, Etc. A gas/charcoal grill for the outdoor chef facilitated by a well-stocked kitchen.

The area's shopping is second to none. Silver Sands Factory Stores and Grand Boulevard are short drives to the west. A bit further, and you will land at the Destin Commons. Keep going west and find your way into Classic Destin and Harbor Walks. Seaside and many fun mom-and-pop beach shops are to the east.

High-speed internet is available if you need to catch up on some work or move your office to a more excellent location for the week.

We are local and only a phone call away. We will check in on you and can answer any questions, give restaurant recommendations, and point you in the right direction for excursions.

This beach house was absolutely perfect! My husband and I along with our 4 kids, our friend and his two kids, and another friend all stayed. We fit comfortably. The bikes and beach stuff to use was a life saver. Absolutely loved the location. The house itself was so clean and tidy and had just about anything kitchen wise for us to use. We will definitely be back! Also, shout out to the owners who answered every single question we had and made sure we were well taken care of!

Great rental

Our family had a great stay. Easy walk to beach for a family with older kids (7 and 10) and able to walk or bike to many locations. The listing was accurate- we appreciated the use of bikes and all the beach gear which we used daily. Very cute, safe neighborhood. Very family friendly area and not as congested as some areas along 30A. House was very clean and comfortable. Only slight negative is the bikes are kind of in rough shape which made longer rides a little more challenging. Overall, very happy and would stay again.
