We loved our stay! The house is super convenient to both 30A and the beach. We rented a golf cart and didn’t really need to get the cars out during our stay. Having the pool in the backyard was great when we couldn’t swim at the beach. The house was comfortable and well appointed throughout. It will be tough to top this vacation and we’re hoping we can snag this house again next year.

Fabulous house- 5 stars!

We’ve stayed all over Grayton Beach, and this house is one of my favorites. We were with our family, grown children and girlfriends/spouses and a baby. It’s located closer to 30A than the beach and I wondered how I would like that but honestly it was awesome. Seems we head to the store many times per day and that made it so convenient! A little out of the fray is very nice. Having the guest house out back is really nice- we put the younger couple out there and they had their privacy and could sleep late. Perfect for grandparents or a nanny. The house is beautifully appointed. And the pool!! The end with the lounge chairs served as a perfect baby pool for us. We will be back! Oh and the beds were very comfy with good pillows.

My daughter asked if we could buy the house (HA!). We loved so many things about this home, so I'll summarize by saying our stay was OUTSTANDING. It was immaculately-appointed and the location was perfect, walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation.

Grayton Pointe Vacation - Excellent!

We have booked many vacations in the Grayton Beach area over the years, and have always enjoyed the place and the people. But our most recent vacation was without question the best ever, and much of that is due to having booked through Grayt 30A Vacations. From start to finish, everything was first rate. The home we booked was absolutely beautiful, and the arrangements were handled perfectly. What really sets Grayt 30A Vacations apart for me is their excellent communication and immediate response to every question that we had from planning to checking in to checking out and follow-up. Each person that we dealt with was absolutely professional and a pleasure to work with. Grayt 30A Vacations made the whole vacation easy and stress free. Lovely Visit to Grayson Beach

We so enjoyed our stay! The property is very chic and new with so many amenities. It is in a great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property and will likely rent again!

Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great except we paid to have the pool heated and did not realize it was not fully heated until two days into our trip. We called and the pool guy was there in minutes and fixed the situation. The location and house are great. The duvet cover in the master bedroom was disgusting, needs to be thrown out but other then that the house was very clean. Please beware that the owners must have a dog, though the house was clean, our daughter who is highly allergic to dogs had a reaction immediately. We had to medicate her the whole trip.
