Our stay was okay overall. The location is ideal. We could not have asked for a more convenient or beautiful area. Unfortunately, however, we had a number of issues and inconveniences with the house that impacted our experience. The layout of the house is great especially for multiple families with kids, but we encountered a series of unfortunate circumstances one after another. Upon arrival, we noticed the golf cart had a flat tire, none of the TVs in the bunk rooms worked, the lever to flush one of the main bedroom toilets was broken, the grill was dirty and did not ignite, and the dryer on the second floor did not work. The property management company was wonderful at trying to address the issues. They were responsive and professional. As soon as we reported our concerns, they sent a maintenance person out to address what they could, and the owner had the dryer replaced within a couple of days. We felt like all of the issues should have been discovered and remedied prior to our check-in with proper protocols, but we were at least pleased that when brought to the management company's attention they did promptly take action, even though not everything could be fixed or remedied.
