Two hours before check in, advised by ITrip property managerâthe stove DOES NOT WORK. 15 hours, and 1000 miles away to this vacation property, and walked into a broken contract. Once on the property, we find that the air conditioning unit does not work in the main living space. A call immediately to the property manager resulted in no satisfaction. The next day, informed the air conditioner cannot be fixed. Every other day, we are informed the air conditioner unit cannot be fixed. How can anyone do business with this property manager, or this property? You will most likely need a lawyer.
