We had an amazing time for my daughter’s bachelorette trip!! It was so convenient to make dinner, play games and watch movies at night and then ride the golf cart to the beach during the day!! Thank you for sharing this home with us!

We did have a situation with a bike that I am disappointed with. My son and his friends took the bikes to Seaside square every day. They used the locks provided. Well on Thursday they came back to one of the bikes missing; the lock had been cut. The boys said this happened to a friend of theirs that same day. I am being charged 200 for the bike. I’m just not sure what I should/could have done differently?!?! Maybe a different lock needs to be provided. The boys are pretty sure they saw the person with the bike on Thursday. But this older kid was big and like 6’2” and was with a big group of guys of similar stature- so the boys were not comfortable asking them if he had “happened to grab their bike by mistake”. When I asked the house manager if there was a serial number we could check I was told there weren’t any, so how am I even supposed to prove that was or wasn’t ours?!?! His word against ours? Not worth getting my son and his friend beat up over. I’m just not sure that I should spend more money when the lock provided was cut AND there is no way for me to prove a bike is or isn’t mine. Also, I would think that the house rental biz or the bike rental biz would have some sort of coverage/insurance for this situation. I am disappointed with having to pay more money when I did exactly as I was to do. Use the bike and lock it up. Also, lights for riding the bike should be provided. Although those could also be stolen and I’d be charged for that too.

We loved everything about the home. Everything was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at other properties nearby in same community and this was our favorite by far! Clean, stylish and property manager communication was excellent.

Great Experience

The house was amazing and perfect size for 2 families with 4 kids. The pool was a short walk. We loved riding the bikes to the beach. Being next to the pond was fun. We saw frogs, fish, turtles and lizards!

The house is wonderful. Minor complaint due to our age and issues, we would’ve liked more comfortable place to sit. Notwithstanding, the house was beautiful, including a great bathroom and bedroom. We can’t say anything bad about the house.

Beautiful Oasis just Outside of Seaside

My wife and I traveled to Florida from Dallas with our 5 month old baby boy (his first trip) and this home was amazing for us. For a family of any size, this property is in a great location to all that Seaside and Watercolor have to offer but is also tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood for peace and quiet at night! For what you get when you are there in terms of quality, size, and location this is definitely money well spent for a vacation.

Perfect Getaway!

This home was perfect for our stay. There was 8 of us and we all had plenty of room. The location and neighborhood are great. The house is beautiful and has everything we could have needed. The beach is a short bike ride away and the home is very close to The Gathering Place where the pools are. We walked each day down there and it only took a few minutes.

Best beds, main bathroom like a spa, lots of windows to let in that FL sunshine and porches delightful. Walk to beach easy enough but even taking the car like a 5min ride. Loved the pond on the left of the house with the ducks - made for serenity. Couches and chairs a little on the uncomfortable side but hey it’s a house at the beach with awesome sleeping beds. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to create any meal. Loved walking to grocery store and Seaside. Wonderful memories made here.

Great relaxing vacation for all

We are two families that vacation with each other. One family has two 26 year olds and the other has 19,18 & 11 year old. Everyone was happy and not one complaint from anyone on the house, location and activities. You could make your stay as busy as you want as some of our group took a fishing charter while others enjoyed the back porch swing! Activities were close and easy to get to. We found great places to eat when we weren’t taking advantage of the beautifully set up kitchen. We had an issue with the garage code but that was handled qiyand easily. Five star stay!!!

This was an amazing beautiful vacation home!

We drove over 15 hours for our stay at Southern Bliss and boy was it worth it. From the moment we walked in our week was relaxed and comfortable. The property was incredibly clean and had everything we would need for hanging out there or going to the beach. The bikes were great as the lily lane bike path was literally only a 5 min ride to the beach. It was also great having the Publix grocery store right around the corner. We cooked in the completely stocked kitchen- they even had every spice you could think of!! We also made the very short drive into seaside for dinner at Bud & Ally's and pickles hamburgers-yum! We will most definitely be back! Thanks so much for a very lovely and memorable vacation experience.

Great vacation home!!!!!

This home is beautifully furnished, well stocked and has plenty of room. The surrounding area is just as beautiful. Many nature trails including one that leads to the beach. The "gathering place" has ample space with its 2 pools, hot tub, hammock area, playground, and a kids splash pool. Since we visited during tropical storm Cindy we didn't get to enjoy the gulf waters as much as we would have liked but the pool was a great alternative. All in all we would love to come stay again but maybe a bit longer! Whoever stays at "southern bliss" will not be dissappointed!
