Perfect condo for myself and 6 teens for a graduation trip. Location to the beach was amazing with just a very short walk. The beach service recommended was wonderful. Everyone really enjoyed their stay!

We will be back!

We have stayed on 30A several times. We really enjoyed this condo. We have kids ages 9, 5, and 1. The space was perfect for everyone to have some breathing room. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay (like sending a maintenance man right away when our toddler locked herself in the bathroom!). Great location, easy to walk to beach. Overall we were very happy and will probably stay here again next year.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Parking was a bit cramped as the spot next to us only had room for one vehicle with the way that the trash bin is situated, this led us to have them parked in or out. It was an inconvenience for both of us as he had to come ask us to move and we had to move for him. Other than that the trip was awesome!

Great Location!

This property was extremely convenient to the beach and centrally located to other places we were visiting in the area. The property management was very helpful. The only thing that I would mention as a negative, is that they only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash can liners and 2 dishwasher pods. I found it annoying that we had to go purchase those items just to get through the stay.

Close to the beach but needs major updating.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I wish I had known this before we stayed here. Property is close walking distance to beach which was great! However, the property needs major updating. The downstairs bathroom had an open p-trap next to the washing machine which caused a terrible odor of urine. Any time we opened the door the smell was awful and lingered into the dining room & kitchen. The dryer is dated. I had to dry our loads at least 3 times before the clothes were dry. There were outlets uncovered which is a major hazard. The DVD player did not work in the guest room and the downstairs DVD player was old and made the TV screen look pink when a movie was playing. Thin walls
we could hear our neighbor going up and down the stairs and at night. Overall it’s close to the beach and bakery which was nice. But we would not stay here again.

Great family stay!

Loved the property! It was clean, beautiful and just as described. We would love to visit this area again and if we did would absolutely stay in this condo again. It had everything we needed, including plenty of space and in a great location.

The property was nice overall. The photos on the website are misleading. There is no bathroom in either of the two bedrooms. One of the bathrooms is under the stairs and is extremely small and difficult to maneuver around in. It is on a separate floor from the bedrooms.

The room was very nice and clean. Beach access was a little far when you have kids and all the beach things that go with them. It is a very crowded area. But still very enjoyable!

Will stay here again!

Very nice place. Everything was clean and as described. The only detraction would be that the 3 minute walk to the beach has to be done by walking on a fairly busy road without a sidewalk. The drivers along that road were extra cautious and drove slow but it’s not ideal with a small child. It’s not a deal breaker by any means but I thought I would point that out.

This property was a 3-4 min walk from the beach! It is located near many restaurants, several within walking distance! Highly recommend renting bicycles-we rode to seaside and gulf place several times!

The property was great. Walking distance to the bakery, ice cream shop and several restaurants was great. Two balcony areas to sit at in the morning, during the day or at night was a great feature. Access to the beach was good, but limited to public access area. Overall we were very pleased with the property.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed, including a water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator. Blue Mountain Beach was busy but we really enjoyed the beach at Grayton State Park that is very close and also drove to St Andrews State Park twice. It would be nice if this unit had a couple of beach chairs. Overall we would recommend this home.

Extended weekend getaway

We had a great experience. Staff was quick to respond to inquiries and I was even able to extend the stay my one night with no hassle. We had a water leak and the staff took care of it quickly and without putting any strain on us as guests.
