We really enjoyed our stay at Stoked! Location is fantastic, very close to the beach and four doors away from the Red Bar and other restaurants. There was a convenient path to the beach with just a few minutes walk. House came with a golf cart but wasn’t needed being so close.

We loved the house, especially the bed swing on the porch and having use of the golf cart. The dishwasher did not work the entire time we were there, which was frustrating but other than that, despite the rain, we had a nice relaxing stay.

Great location— true to the listing. Clean for the most part, but I would recommend getting the living room sofa professionally cleaned. The cleaning crew also showed up unannounced, an hour before checkout and asked if they could “Go ahead and get started”. Overall, it’s a great option in Grayton Beach, with room for a few improvements.

Great location but some disappointing details

We stayed in June with myself, my husband and mom and two kids. The location of the rental is awesome and overall the place is pretty nice. I have a couple of big complaints. First and biggest complaint is that the couch on the first floor was DISGUSTING. I have never stayed in a rental where the couch looked that dirty. It has giant stains all over it and was clearly not its original light sand color. I couldn’t keep my kids off of it so had to just deal with them playing on a gross couch. Secondly, the beds and pillows were soo uncomfortable. I just slept without a pillow and that felt better. Thirdly, do provide shampoo/conditioner but the quantities were so small I don’t know who they’d be enough for? Being on the beach means people will bathe almost every day
Lastly I asked the hosts whether they had any beach chairs, beach toys etc and they said no so we went and bought some things rather than renting them. Turns out they had pretty much all of those things on the property, so not sure we were told no.Other than this, nice place, maybe the pictures made it look a little nicer than it was but that’s ok. The biggest issue was the couch please change that!

Perfect family vacation spot!

We visit Grayton Beach a couple times a year. This was our first stay in Stoked and it surpassed our expectations! Super cozy with breathtaking views!! And that porch swing! Wow! Super quick walk to the beach and local eateries which was perfect with our infant grand baby. The whole family was smitten and we instantly decided we will book here again!

Fabulous home sweet home!

We loved our stay at Stoked! A fabulous home with a wonderfully relaxing ocean view from the lower porch bed swing and also the upper porch too. The coolest decor throughout! We enjoyed everything very much and hope to return again!

Fantastic Stay at Stoked

My wife and I brought out children to stay at Stoked for eight days at the beginning of August, 2021. Jennifer was very communicative prior to our arrival and although we arrived late the first night, we arrived to an inviting, sparkling clean beach house. We had so much fun! The house is a short, Sandy walk on to Grayton Beach in a cluster of unique beach homes. Grayton is probably the most interesting beach on the entire Emerald Coast. The water is so clear some days that it looks like a pool and worth the longer drive. Grayton has some very unique places to eat and lots to do, although most of our days were in the. sand or in the water. The house itself has some great features. Parking underneath, a super comfy porch swing, two decks, beautiful floors, and awesome surf decor are top among them beyond the great location of course. I think it’s the best beach accommodation we have ever rented, and honestly the best home we have rented through VRBO. We hope to return to Grayton and Stoked in the future!

Great Stay!

Property was very clean, and well kept. House & kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was perfect fit for two families. Beach is a short walk away and not crowded, excellent location overall.

Perfect Home for Family!

Stoked is a beautiful home for family time in Grayton Beach. Enough space to spread out and everything was beyond clean! All beds were super comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. Gulf views and a short walk to the quieter end of the beach. Property manager was so nice and helpful. We will be back!

Property was even better than the pictures. Very comfy and well stocked. Our host met us when we arrived and was very helpful during our stay. Walk to the beach and local restaurant is short. Already making plans to return next year.
