The golf cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes were all a great addition. The neighbors are doing construction on their house so it was noisy very early in the morning. Traveling back and forth on a single gravel road was difficult with all the construction workers and others coming in and out. Many times one of us would have to drive out backwards until there was a place to turn around. The drains were backed up in the shower and dishwasher even though we followed the directions of rinsing the dishes before loading them and no sand in the tubs. The freezer also would pop open on its own and our ice would melt. We ended up placing a cooler in front of it to keep it shut. Overall, The place was cute and well updated inside. Beds were comfy, and we were really just there only to sleep and get ready. We definitely enjoyed the area. I also appreciated all the extra cleaning supplies and trash bags.

Our family loved staying at The Blue Pearl during our visit to the beach - from the golf cart rental to the sleeping amenities and to even getting to have some cat company during our stay (our kiddos loved getting to have cats hangout). We really appreciated the communication and the willingness of Heather to help with any questions or issues we came up against.

House was great! Super clean, roomy and and abundance of amenities! Check-in was easy, communication with Heather was great. Golf cart, bikes, beach chairs and toys included.. so why only 4 stars? The house is on a narrow gravel road. Not sure sure I’d have chosen this house if I’d known that in advance. However, that being said, this is a great house for a family wanting to experience 30A and stay on budget. Great price to have all those amenities. Most any place this close to 30A will cost you 4 times this amount.

Lovely home, and great location! Had tons of beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrellas) and beach toys, which was super helpful! Loved the golf cart! We have stayed here several times now! We love everything about the Blue Pearl- it’s close to the beach and the fun of Seaside but tucked away from any busy streets. It’s nice to stay in a quiet, relaxing cottage that is dreamy even on rainy days!

This house has it all! Very well stocked and very clean! In a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. Such a plus that it comes with a golf cart and bikes! One of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. We will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay in Seagrove

First time staying in Seagrove on 30A - we usually stay near Blue Mountain beach. The whole family enjoyed this trip, and the home helped make that happen. House is clean and feels fresh. Appliances are new and the space is good for a family of 5 or 6.Front and backyard had grass and gave a home-y feel. We saw deer down the street, used the YOLO bikes for a 15 mile bike ride (Rosemary beach RT), took the golf cart to explore Seaside and spent time at the beach down the street. We even rented a pontoon boat in PCB for the day (45 min away) and did some fishing. There are many shopping/eating areas accessible from this home, including a Publix under 2 miles away. All in all, a relaxing getaway with enough space for our family, that felt new and clean. Only thing I would have liked to see in the home would be ceiling fans in the bedroom for comfort. Great trip and a great home!

Quiet cottage

This has quickly become our favorite family getaway! The location is perfect if you want to be close to Seaside and beach access but have a peaceful environment. The house has everything you need, but doesn't feel overdone or cluttered as some beach houses tend to be. The addition of the golf cart was so appreciated!!

We loved our stay at the Blue Pearl. It was tucked away a little further than we normally stay...but a short walk to the beach with bikes and a golf cart - so super easy to get to anything. Great stay!

We had a great stay at the Pearl! It was clean and fine perfect size for us! The location was great! Easy golf ride to Sea Side. Our friends have a house in Watercolor which was also a short golf ride away. Heather was super responsive and even reached out when we left a few things and we were able to run back over and grab :) 10/10

This house was very clean and new and nice, great supplies, plenty of towels, and brand name products. All around a great house and good value. My only feedback on improvements needed was that the hot water supply is very minimal, only enough for a very short shower.

Excellence at the Blue Pearl

The Blue Pearl was PERFECT! The location was fantastic. We loved how it was tucked on the back side of a Main Street which made it quiet yet SO convenient. The cleanliness was a 15/10. All the little extra touches that made it suitable for a family with children were SO valuable. The beds/furniture were extremely comfortable. The beach toys/bikes in the outdoor shed were a real treat. We would absolutely book to stay here again!

Perfect beach cottage

This was our second time to stay at the Blue Pearl and it was just as magical as our first! The house was clean, well organized and cozy. The location is perfectly tucked away from the main road but close to the beach. We loved taking a walk or short golf cart ride a couple of times per day. Our visit was very rainy, but having such a lovely place to stay made relaxing in the rain just as enjoyable as a sunny beach day! Hope we can make it back soon!

Summer beach trip

Our family has been visiting 30A for many years. We enjoyed a lovely stay at the the Blue Pearl! The house was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 teens. This rental was clean, nicely updated, with beautiful finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, and equally beautiful furnishings throughout. The house was well-equipped with any and everything that you could possibly need for a beach trip including a well-equipped kitchen, 4 great bikes and plenty of beach gear. Heather was incredibly kind and easy to work with. She was very accommodating. She responded quickly to my questions or concerns and this was very much appreciated! She even left the most detailed instructions regarding the use of the house and as a detail-oriented person I appreciated that. I would without a doubt rent this place again!
