We really enjoyed being in walking distance of Seaside with easy access to the beach, shops, and eateries. The only thing I will point out was that it had a pretty musty smell so if you have any allergies or are super sensitive, it may bother you as it did me, but the other guests didn’t seem to mind too much.

It was immaculately clean on arrival and the management company was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend this rental! My only suggestion to make it better would be to add an outdoor grill and a corkscrew for the complimentary wine.

The two porches and small fenced area are relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and everyone had their 'space'. Best of all, the ocean view from the top is amazing-its a great place to watch the sunset.

The icemaker in the refrigerator was broken and the management company offered to bring us daily bags of ice. This was so above and beyond gracious we were so appreciative.

The home was very clean when we arrived. We had 7 in our party (4 Adults and 3 children). We were comfortably crammed. The bedrooms are much small than they appear in pictures. Bathrooms definitely need updating. Staying in Sea Side is pricy we just had higher expectations for the price we paid.

Nice place for a get away

The beach was impeccable, this house is an easy elk to the Tupelo pavilion. We used the upstairs bedroom for us to give the girls the bottom floor. That room was a little tight for two grown ups , but doable for a few days. Kitchen was missing a few essentials but eating out was so easy. Loved the rental process and the homeowners collection. A very positive experience and I'd take the smaller space for the convenience of this house.

Seaside vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a cute little house with lots of charm! It is nicely decorated and decor up-to-date. I did have to call the after hours agent to bring sheets for the pull out sofa as there were none anywhere and we needed to use that bed. In addition the pull out bed sofa frame was bent I would not fold back up the next day so we had to call for maintenance. I will say each time we called the agents were professional and sent someone out timely to correct the issues. Overall the place was clean. A little updating needed to be done I felt in the master bathroom/shower. Second floor den rug does need to be replaced as it appeared to be old and dirty. That’s my only real complaint. We loved the two porches as well as the third-floor tower sitting area. It was an easy walk to the beach and to the town Center. We enjoyed the complementary bikes that came with the rental. We would definitely recommend renting this property. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: This is a good location, and of course everything is at a premium price in the height of pretentiousness that is Seaside. They have done a great job furnishing this house and attention to details and use of space. Cons: It is quite small overall, especially the smaller bedroom with the two singles. The house is fairly loud, and you can hear all footsteps, seemingly from any level, throughout the house. This can be an issue if you have nightowls. The kitchen is up on the second floor, so just realize that. Some of the TVs aren't smart TVs and aren't all consistent platforms. It's not a bad idea to bring your own streaming device if considered. The wifi is good, not great. Granted, these are just my observations, and some may not be as concerned with such things. There is a lack of trashcans on the interior, especially downstairs. Summary: This isn't bad if fairly tight spaces don't bother you or the price is competitive for what's available at the time. I think having more than 6 people would be pushing it. It is very clean and decorated and furnished in a very nice manner.

Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great time, and great family time. We loved the private beach and the beach service (Cabana Man) was fabulous. The property management was always available and responsive. They delivered a can opener when I discovered the one in the property was broken. The whole area is a lot of fun. My girls would have loved more boutiques since they love to shop! The rental property was very cute. The washer and dryer need to be replaced. The washer would not drain and I had to bring home wet laundry. A good washer and dryer is a must for a beach vacation! When it did complete a load, it was so loud you could not watch TV, even on the second floor. The furniture is not all that comfortable. At the end of a busy day, my family likes to lounge (there was 5 of us) the main “hub” second floor where the kitchen is has a small love seat and a couple chairs, one is wicker, so no one wanted to lounge in that chair and not all of us would fit there. 1st floor has a sleeper sofa which is larger area, but with the washer going you could not watch tv. It would be nice to have a clock. The kitchen has name brand fridge and oven, nice sink. The water line to the ice maker I think was leaking so there was water when you opened the door. I did tell the property company so I think they were going to try and fix that. An improved shower head in the master bath would be great. My husband is 6’2” so lower shower heads are challenging. The outdoor shower is super nice feature. We are definitely coming back to Seaside next year.

We loved the location, which is just a couple of blocks from the center of town and a block from the beach. We enjoyed walking and riding bikes around this lovely town. Our favorite spot in the house was the second floor veranda, where we enjoyed the shade and breeze every morning at breakfast.
