On the road

Difficult to determine entrance as not well marked. Older facility and parking lot needs repair. Staff very friendly, breakfast average. Older inn, entrance to rooms from the outdoors on two floors. My observation is that most of the hotels on our road trip have not invested in updating furniture or repairs, and perhaps the result of the COVID pandemic and lack of revenue.

The property itself is older, but the rooms have been newly renovated. It was clean & had all the basics. I stayed 1 night, passing thru, during Spring Break & the Hotel was booked relatively full. The walls & floors are thin, so I was kept awake most of the night by people being noisy. Not necessarily the Hotels fault, but something to consider if you are looking for a good night's sleep.

The metal out doors steps had been wet and were icy. The parking area was very well lit, so seemed safer. Inside the hotel room was immaculate, and in excellent repair ,thank you for that. So hard to find pet friendly hotels that are this clean. Plenty of food at basic breakfast and again, this area was very clean as well.

Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel itself is older and a little worn on the outside. The rooms however are remodeled and very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful and the location is very convenient. They even have a list of dining options close by which was super helpful.

Santa Rosa, NM Days Inn

The hotel is definitely outdated, the breakfast was not that good. The room was clean. I probably will not stay at that location again. When i went to checkout i couldn't get a copy of my receipt because the printer wasn't working. The desk clerk said she would email me a copy but i never received it. Just disappointed with the price paid.
