The OG of motels

The OG of motels with a little refurbishment, and cleanliness. Room being on the 2nd floor, I kind of liked how convenient it was, with my rental car parked directly below, and within a short distance to a flight of stairs. I had forgotten a few things getting to the car, and was able to quickly get back to the room. The thought of a larger hotel with a lobby and elevator, long hallways to your room, would have been a lot of walking! Since my travel and stay was for work, the room was okay, did its job.

The owner was very impatient and aggressive. He blamed us for waking him to help us check in. Ridiculous! It’s the owner’s responsibility to help the customers check in. How could he blame us?

Overcharge for Handicapped room

The room was fine. I did encounter a serious problem. My wife is in need of a handicapped room. I followed your instructions regarding contacting the hotel after booking through your site. I was told there would be an extra charge for the room. As I had no choice i reluctantly agreed. on checkin I was told I could charge the amount cited by Hotels.com and pay the additional 30 dollars in cash. It is my understanding that it is illegal to impose an additional charge for handicapped rooms. I would appreciate a response from you regarding this matter.
