This hotel was ok. The room smelled musty and when we turned the heater on, it smelled like it was on fire. Bed slept pretty good, pillows not so much. It worked for our quick stop. Nit bad not great.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Amenities

Didn't enjoy the stay. The night we arrived, the front desk lady was quite unpleasant—she had that 'I hate my job' attitude. The next morning, there was no hot water, so we couldn't shower. Breakfast was barely stocked, forcing guests to ask multiple times for refills. As for the towels—they were turning gray and felt more like a rug than something meant for drying.

Room smelled. Breakfast was the standard with very limited seating. Was told waterh Heater wasnt working & we might get hot water if we leave the water running. I wasnt offered a discount or have the time to book another place due there lack of hot water.

We just got done driving 14 1/2 hours. Wanted to crash get up in the morning and go with a nice shower and there was no hot water after running faucets for over 20 minutes.

My rating is based on the mattress which was OUTSTANDING. Otherwise this isn't that good of a place. The hot water system is defective, there weren't enough blankets, the 4:45am train is annoying, and it didn't smell very pleasant ... I'd stay here again but hope they can improve the things in their control.

I got a room for five people. At first everything looked okay. But once we went to lay down in One of the beds. the bed reeked of pee. I took the duvet off and there was stains on both the sheet and the mattress of liquid. Which I can only assume was pee because it smelled like pee and the stain was dried up yellow. Also in the dead of the winter they had no hot water. The front office never addressed the hot water issue once I sent them the message. I had to go back down to the front desk to let them know about the pee situation. The front desk stuff was kind but their solution was to either not use that bed or they could give me sheets to change the bed... I told him that was ridiculous that I need to housekeep and clean the room when I'm paying them. She said that she would call her manager and see what they can do. The manager approved another room for us. However after a long day of driving we were still not able to take a shower. They don't have hot water. They don't really even have warm water. It's just cold. So I have mixed feelings about this place.... I want to relax not to deal with complaints or issues when I check into a hotel.

Stayed one night on a longer trip. Good hotel, clean. Only one full service restaurant nearby that was ok but not great. There is also McDonalds close to the hotel.

We arrived after driving for 10 hrs. We registered and left iur belongings in the room, and went to eat. Upon our return we discovered that there was no hot water. We were told to oet it run, which we did after miee than 15 minutes, still no water. We wanted to check out, but were told we couldn't until the morning. We asked for a refund and were told that it had been more than hour since registering and therfore I would have to call the manager in the morning. We left and went to another hotel. Buyer beware, stay away.

Front desk lady not a smile on her face , not friendly, internet not working until later , got to wait for the person to come in to fix it, not even a word of apology for the in inconvenience, the hallway smell from old dirty carpets, found 2 strands of white hair on the comforter so I don’t think they give clean one between guests

OK for one night, not great

Cleanliness was acceptable, but towels were pretty worn down, and overall hotel felt run down. Took several minutes to get slightly warm water in the bathroom sink, no hot. Key card issues the night we checked in caused us to return to the front desk two extra times.
