The Villa Pineda has a great location because it is located in a quiet street between the beautiful beaches of Cala Gran (200m) and Cala d'Or (400m). The lively center, with a large selection of restaurants and shops, is still only 400m away. The villa consists of a main house and an outbuilding.

The Pineda is a spacious family house with annex, private pool and large garden. The main house houses a large living / dining area. Sliding doors lead to a covered terrace and the pool. A hallway leads to a kitchen and another dining area in a charming conservatory. A bedroom with two single beds and shower room en suite, as well as a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite are located on the ground floor. Stairs lead to another living area, a bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed sharing a bathroom. The extension is separate from the main house and houses a living room with satellite TV, a dining area and two bedrooms with two single beds sharing a shared bathroom. The ground floor is not available.

All bedrooms in the main house are equipped with air conditioning cold / warm.

The outdoor area is generously cut and relaxing with some pine trees between the main house and the annex. The house has two large covered terraces, one overlooking the pool and another on the front of the house. The pretty pool area is laid out with some palm trees and a colorful bouganville.
