With 162 m² of living space across two floors, a 29 m² utility area, and a 50 m² rooftop solarium offering sea and mountain views, this home provides comfort and character. Located behind the church in the heart of s'Alqueria Blanca, the house sits on a central yet quiet street. On the same street, you'll find a traditional wood-fired bakery (open since 1936) and an ice cream shop. Within a five-minute walk, you can reach the village supermarket, more bakeries, restaurants, and craft shops. Cycling routes lead to the beaches of Mondragó Natural Park and Porto Petro, both just five minutes away by car. There are also hiking trails to Pou del Rei and the Consolació sanctuary, historical sites of local interest. Palma and the airport are about an hour’s drive away.



The house is fully equipped with three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (all with showers), a living room, kitchen-dining area, pantry, utility zone (with washing machine, drying rack, storage, and space for bikes or motorbikes), and a solarium. Street parking is usually available nearby. The house accommodates six adults, with a crib and high chair available. The home is named after its first known resident, an ancestor of the current owner, cherished by the family.
