A pousada é muito limpa, bem cuidada, tudo muito bem arrumado e bonito, ótimo atendimento, Pedro foi muito gentil conosco, assim como as demais funcionárias. Ela fica distante de Campos do Jordão, então é importante ter isso em mente antes da reserva, eu já tinha conhecimento então isto não foi um problema para nós. Grande parte da estrada é asfaltada. Há muitas curvas na estrada, o que exige muita atenção de quem está dirigindo. O café da manhã é simplesmente excelente, comi o melhor bolo de cenoura da minha vida. A estadia foi maravilhosa.

Adoramos a estádia era o que procurava para surpreender meu esposo. O quarto rústico com o toque da modernidade. Café da manhã excelente, toalhas macias, atendimento das meninas excelente e com certeza voltaremos. Realmente é uma pousada romântica.

Muito aconchegante

Fui passar o aniversário de casamento com a minha esposa e tivemos uma ótima experiência. Há um processo de check in antecipado feito por meio de um link que agiliza o processo na chegada ao local. Também há um processo de escolha de itens e horário para o café da manhã (aqui o único ponto foi a falta da geleia escolhida). O atendimento foi bastante gentil. No quarto, creio que haja possibilidade de tornar a experiência espetacular com poucos ajustes: no chalé que ficamos, a cama é um pouco pequena e há espaço físico para ter ao menos um queen. Há uma cama de solteiro um tanto quanto inútil ali, já que o local não recebe crianças. E é uma cama cheia de adesivos infantis colados e tal, que dá a impressão de ter sido alocada ali por falta de lugar. E apesar de não ser um local super quente, o ventilador de piso não é a melhor experiência para manter a temperatura agradável no verão. Por fim, a tela de mosquitos da porta tinha uma parte que não estava bem presa…então acabou entrando uma formiguinha ou outra. Nada que tenha gerado grande desconforto e bastante compreensível por estar imerso na natureza. Mas pra quem é muito urbano pode ser algo que gere desagrado. No mais, tudo absolutamente limpo, banheiro agradável, boas toalhas, frigobar funcionando e abastecido, lençóis visualmente limpos, internet funcionando bem e TV (sem internet). Sem contar a vista que se tem da cama, que era incrível.
