Room was excellent very clean and daily housekeeping. Unfortunately I was unable to edit my reservation and they charged me the full 5 days when I was only there for 4. I tried to involve management and they was no follow up. The location is ideal but I was very disappointed with their lack of accountability and poor customer service

I love staying at the Aloft Marriott in Santo Domingo. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Melissa my stay was reduced but the staff took great care of me and was able to accommodate my earlier than expected departure without any problems.
