This hotel is absolute trash,,,, when I arrived to the hotel, front desk, informed me the the room I paid for in advance was NOT available because they gave it to somebody else,,, Next, they put me in a downgraded room with no windows,,, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.,, the shower head was missing from the shower,,,,, thank goodness the air conditioning worked,,,, but overall this hotel is total garbage.... DO NOT go to this hotel

I need a refund, I arrived to the hotel late at night ready to crash and the attendant told us the hotel was overbooked and that we needed to find a different hotel. Which we had to do last minute in walking around comfort which hotels had availability. This is unacceptable, there should be some sort of email communication letting guests know when your booking has to be cancelled, so you can plan accordingly. Please issue a refund!
