Smelly bathroom

Very comfortable bed and blankets. The bathroom was smelly. The breakfast was ok. There are many items, but the taste was not so good. The checkout on Sundays are extended to 5 pm.

Poderia ser melhor

O Hotel Serra Alta é muito bom, possui ótima estrutura e atendimento cordial, cafe da manha muito bom e cardápio do restaurante para lanche ou janta bem acessível (preco bom mesmo) alem de boas opções, mas infelizmente tivemos alguns problemas no quarto. Encontramos bastante mofo no box do banheiro, sinais de manutenções não realizadas e outras feitas de forma descuidada. Além disso, não havia controle remoto da TV, e a solução demorou mais do que deveria: primeiro enviaram alguém para procurar no quarto antes de providenciar um novo, o que acabou sendo inconveniente. Apesar desses pontos negativos, o hotel tem potencial e pode oferecer uma estadia excelente se houver mais atenção com os detalhes de manutenção e agilidade na resolução de problemas.
