A equipe é gentil, mas o hotel está muito deteriorado. Começar pelo quarto, é básico, não tem tomada nos 2 lados da cama, nem criado mudo. Vc tem que concentrar tudo de um lado, ou dxr seus aparelhos longe de você. A TV tem transmissão via Android, como venta mto, falha td momento, e a tv aberta é pelo sistema analógico. O que custa um hotel que cobra quase 300,00 diária fazer um pacote de tv boa? O banheiro é pequeno e a válvula da descarga emperrava td hora, gastando mais água, o chuveiro, ok, mas com um banheiro tão pequeno e sem ventilação, o teto já estava todo mofado. De amenidades só tinha uns sabonetinhos, sem perfume e mínimos. Papel higiênico de folha simples e áspero. As toalhas pequenas e encardidas, já amareladas, assim como as roupas de cama. A limpeza era mínima, mas ok! Agora, o café da manhã: horrível, pão francês duro, bisnaguinha e de forma, super secos. Granola passada e rançosa. Sucos de frutas artificiais, tava mais pra um tang. O café ralo e era despejado na máquina por uma jarra. Fatias de queijo e de presento, grudadas uma na outra, expostas sem refrigeração, assim como a manteiga num pote pra pegar um pouco com faca. Assim como mel, doce leite, geleia, tudo em pote, sem proteção. Frutas: mamão e melão, esse último duro, tudo exposto, sem refrigeração, e bolos no mesmo, sem proteção. Adoçante, sacarina, coisa que nem se usa mais. Sala de ginastica, 3 aparelhinhos num espaço 2x2, sem mta ventilação, a sauna quebrada e a piscina, na real um tanque.

No quarto não tem talheres, pratos ou copos, a recepção fornece de plástico, achando graça da gente. Os atendentes da recepção sem cortesia alguma e despreparados, discutindo em qual quarto colocar pois a plataforma teria feito a reserva errada. Café da manhã limitado e simples. A estrutura do hotel é satisfatória, chuveiros bons, quartos limpos.
