Nice Business Efficient Hotel in São Paulo

Hotel is excellent. Clean and modern, simple but just what you need for a business trip into São Paulo. Breaksfast was really good and lots of selections and fresh! Rooms are a little tight but for how affordable the price is, that is to be expected. All in all, a wonderful stay and I would definitely use this hotel again!

Quarto pequeno, mas bem honesto pelo preço. Mas vale ressaltar que na hora em que cheguei, a equipe (3 funcionários), da recepção e manobrista, estavam conversando e assim ficaram. Mesmo eu esperando o manobrista vir pegar o carro. Depois de estranhar a demora, fui até eles e avisei que tinha reserva e só assim foram executar o serviço. Chegamos no quarto (de casal) e tinha toalha apenas para uma pessoa. Liguei na recepção e fui informado que: "eles já sabiam que estávamos com apenas uma toalha, mas que seria daquela forma pois não teria outra". Fiquei incrédulo! O café da manhã é bem gostoso. Isso é um ponto a ressaltar. Já a equipe que encontramos no check-out se mostrou bem mais receptiva e solicita.

O hotel não dispõe de restaurante para almoço e/ ou jantar. Existe uma pizzaria( acho que operada pelos funcionários, mas não é aberta ao público), que vc pode pedir a pizza, mas eles não entregam no quarto, vc deve descer até a recepção para buscar. E os corredores do hotel, qdo vc sai do elevador à noite, são muito escuros, dá medo!
