It's inconceivable that an airport hotel will not offer toothpaste and toothbrush to guests. I stayed there because my suitcase was gone and found it really uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was generally fine

Clen / Staff very friendly / good and spacious rooms / free transfer from/to airport. Hotel location is very convenient to go to airport but no many dinner/shopping around (walking distance).

Clean room and separate bathroom / toilet area. Coffee machine difficult to work out and only 2 pods for 24hrs. Sadly really loud drilling in room next door. Leave alone sleep- we left with headaches. Hilton should plan maintenance work better. Shame as otherwise it is a conveniently located hotel with a large shuttle bus to the airport.

Good choice for a hotel near GRU.

We arrived late, but luckily the restaurant was still open and provided a good meal. The shuttle to the hotel was a joke. It was absolutely packed with people and luggage. Fortunately, the driver ensured nobody was left behind. The ride back to the airport the next morning was much easier. Breakfast was very good.
