Perfect Location, Terrible Hotel

The best thing about staying at this hotel is checking out of it. Despite the privileged location, at the heart of the popular business neighborhood, this hotel lacks maintenance and better conservation (rooms are old and with heavy odor of mold, mattresses are old and uncomfortable). It wouldn't hurt if the staff used a little more friendliness with the guests. They don't seem to genuinely care about our needs and requests.

Good location of the hotel to visit the Centro of São Paulo. Near the metro station and easy access. Nice service in the hotel but hard to be understand in English, or to have informations. However, staff did their best. Our Roms didn't look so clean, but was finally not so bad. Good hotel for cheap stay in Rio down town.

Estadia de 3 dias agradável

Decidi ficar no Euro Suite por conta da localização, fica praticamente ao lado da 25 de março e bem perto do Bras, fiquei com um pouco de receio por ser no centro antigo de São Paulo, pois falam que é uma regiao perigosa, com muitos assaltos... Mas fui surpreendida de forma positiva, a polícia está presente em cada esquina, me senti bem segura, claro que é preciso ficar esperto em qualquer lugar de São Paulo, eu ía a pé para a 25 de março, o hotel fica bem pertinho do Mosteiro de São Bento, e tbem de uma cafeteria bem antiga de Sao Paulo, que é um lugar muito bonito e agradável, além da comida deliciosa. Em relação ao hotel foi tudo muito bom, o café da manhã com muita variedade de bolos, pães, frutas, tortas, sucos... o local é bem agradável tbem. Os quartos são bem conservados, o colchão e travesseiros muito bons, chuveiro forte, limpeza impecável! Tem bagageiro para guardar as malas e pagando uma taxa pode ser feito o check-in antecipado, desde que tenha vagas... É um hotel antigo, mas muito bem conservado, bem localizado, com segurança ao redor, funcionários muito atenciosos, bem limpo, camas confortáveis, enfim, voltarei com certeza!
