The hotel is a dump. Lots of problems in the rooms and breakfast is a battle with the number of people trying to get to the buffet with lots of empty serving trays. The food is not supplied/replaced quickly enough. It’s a royal disaster. If you’d like to throw your money in the garbage, go ahead and book to stay at this dump. My advice is: run, run, run. Book somewhere else. Good luck!

This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.

Nåo há manutenção. Na primeira madrugada, o ar condicionado pifou. Tentei ligar para a recepçåo, mas o telefone do quarto não funcionava. Desci e fui informado que a manutençåo só seria feita no dia seguinte. Solicitei mudar de quarto. Como o Hotel estava cheio, fui alocado em um quarto que estava recem desocupado. Lençois e toalhas molhadas e jogadas no chão bem como Restos de alimentos. Tb nåo havia serviço de camareira nessa hora. No dia seguinte, foi arrumado. Porem, na outra madrugada, o ar condicionado desse novo quarto começou a vazar, como se fosse uma torneira, molhando parte das minhas roupas. Nesse ap nåo havia telefone. Sou cliente deste Hotel ha mais de 10 anos. Porem nåo pretendo retornar. Ar condicionado quebrado, quarto sem telefone, e ter de passar a noite em um quarto totalmente desarrumado. Lamentavel!!

Café da Manhã muito bom. Nota 9. Poderia ter opção de Iogurte na jarra para tirar um 10! Piscina muito boa, dificil encontrar em SP hotel com piscina aquecida e bem aquecida, agua bem quente, relaxante, quase temperatura de uma hidro ou jaccuzi. Nota 11! Arrumação do quarto, nota 10! Restaurante. Senti falta de um buffet de jantar. Tem no almoço mas na janta somente a la carte. Em SP durante a semana boa parte dos hospedados usam o hotel apenas para dormir e almoçam perto de onde estão trabalhando. O hotel oferece buffet na hora que não tem muita gente e a noite não. MANUTENÇÃO, nota 2! Impressionante não ter plantão a noite. Na segunda noite de hospedagem o controle remoto da TV não funcionava. Fui na recepção e informam que somente no dia seguinte, às 21h nao tinha ninguem da manutenção para trocar a pilha ou o controle remoto. Pedi uma solução e foi-me dito, liga a tv no botao! (que por sinal está com problema). No dia seguinte não arrumaram o controle remoto e ao chegar no hotel as 19h tive que reclamar novamente para arrumar. Resultado, uma noite sem TV no quarto. Estacionamento positivo, não é cobrado para hospede, coisa rara em SP
