This is our go to hotel in São Paolo and we've never been disappointed. This time we were put on the 5th floor which is one that has not yet been renovated and it showed. I thought they'd finished and didn't think to ask for a renovated room- you def should. Great neighborhood, good service. We'll continue to use it

Excellent 5 stars Hotel. Only comment is related to the breakfast service (I do not remember a Hotel with breakfast buffet included asking for tips for waitresses, in my opinion the booking itself should cover for it).
