Muito burocrático

O flat é confortável, mas muito burocrático a forma de uso. Tem que fazer pagamento de caução via cartão de crédito fora do aplicativo do Hotéis.com, lhe enviam uma série de e-mail e formulários, e somente poucas horas antes do acesso ao flat é que passam as instruções de acesso. Também não tem limpeza, nem garagem, nem coleta de lixo. Em resumo, apesar da estrutura razoável do flat, não gostei do uso, burocracia e do custo benefício.
