Comfortable apt w / everything you need for your stay. 4 blocks from the metro, well located, safe neighborhood, close to Av. Paulista. The apt has: full kitchen, air conditioning and balcony. The pool, sauna, gym, study room, meeting room, garage and concierge 24h are also available in the building

Residential building & neighborhood. Take advantage of exploring São Paulo from a strategic point next to Jardins. Higienopolis and Paulista stations near and only two metro stations to Pinheiros

Standard check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is around 11:00 am. If you require late check in/out, please send me a message confirming availability and I will be happy to help you with this.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

This well decorated and functional Open Concept Studio of 29 m2 is in a high standard building strategically located close to Av. Paulista, metro, Rua Augusta and Consolação and is not far from the center

For greater comfort, it has a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and its bathrooms are divided (shower and toilet) so they can be used separately.

Furthermore, it is on a high floor, being quiet at night with excellent WiFi signal and a flat screen TV.

It is well equipped with kitchen utensils such as pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, 2-burner electric stove, making it perfect for your stay.

You will have access to all the building's facilities as long as the condominium rules are respected.

In the apartment there are clean towels and bed linen and basic condiments for cooking.

The condo has a beautiful 25m pool, pool chairs, air-conditioned gym, sauna, dressing room, garage, automatic shoe polisher, WiFi in public areas, study hall, 24 hour doorman. All this at no extra charge!

There is also a laundry service inside the building which is paid extra.

You will have access to the building facilities upon sending a photo ID of all occupants, it must contain the ID number and name of all occupants. This a must as it is security measure adopted by the building in which we must comply with.In case you will use the garage, you will be required to send the plate number, make and model prior to your arrival.
