Staff members are the difference. Clean rooms. A special mention to Joelma, the housekeeper. Reception personnel very friendly and accommodating. This is my place of choice every time I visit SP.

I lost an important meeting because I was not able to leave the hotel in the morning on time because we had to wait for watedr recovery even for brushing pour teeths. The minimun we could expect was a somebody from the hotel apologizing for that and what we received was a bad behavior from the people we talked. the minimum I expect now is to be reimbursed for one night.
