Viajamos em família , com duas crianças de 2 anos e uma de 9 anos. A casa é perfeita, acomodou confortavelmente todos os hóspedes. A cervejeira é a máquina de gelo é um diferencial que fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia . Cozinha completa , conseguimos cozinhar e não sentimos falta de nada para o preparo e para servir . Nossa única dificuldade foi a distância para a praia, a casa está no fim do condomínio , até chegar à portaria do condomínio é distante e optamos em ir de carro por conta das crianças. A viagem foi maravilhosa e com ctz retornaremos .

A estadia só não foi melhor, pois, não estava tão quente para aproveitar a piscina. A casa é fiel ao anúncio, muito boa, a Anfitriã dona Selma excelente e Daniel que nos recebeu também. A casa fica no fundo do condomínio, então precisa de uma pernadinha até a portaria!! A máquina de gelo e a cervejeira faz todo a diferença, para nós foi mto útil. Ar condicionados todos funcionando, faltou pilha nos controles apenas, só tinha 1 funcionando. Voltaria com certeza e recomendo muito.

A casa é bem estrutura, com bastante utensílios na cozinha, 3 quartos espaçosos com ar e tbm possui ar na sala, tem uma máquina de gelo que facilita bastante para levar o cooler para praia, o condomínio bem seguro. O zelador Daniel muito prestativo, passava todos os dias para limpar a piscina. A anfitriã Selma foi muito atenciosa nos deu dicas em qual praia era melhor para levar as crianças. E a casa tbm consta com o serviço de praia, com cadeiras e guarda sol. Tem cafeteira, máquina de lavar roupa e uma cervejeira que ajuda bastante. Vale a pena alugar, a casa fica no final do condomínio mas super tranquilo para ir para a praia.

Casa perfeita e confortável

Estadia perfeita! Além da praia de Maresias e arredores serem maravilhosas, a casa é muito confortável. Casa extremamente limpa, com piscina, todos os ambientes com ar condicionado e TV com canais fechados, cozinha e churrasqueira ricas em utensílios. Dona Selma é uma excelente anfitriã! Não veja a hora de retornar.

Tudo foi ótimo, casa linda, administradoras muito educadas e solicitas. Selma e Irany foram excelentes, Cida na limpeza um amor de pessoa. O único detalhe é que o condomínio fica bem próximo da praia só que a casa fica no final do condomínio então para crianças pequenas anda-se bastante para chegar na praia (acredito uns 400m). Mas o custo benefício é fantástico. Agradeço a Selma por ter nos recebido tão bem!
